After visiting with multiple Realtors all of which quoted us anywhere from 5.5% to 7% commission rate to sell our house, we had a visit with Lisa Andris of RealtyNET McLain. She was able to list our house for much less than all of the other agents we spoke with but offered all of the same services. We had re-financed our house sometime back and really didn't think we had enough equity to pay out a commission to a Realtor, but had had no luck selling it ourselves. All of the calls we received from potential buyers went nowhere. (They all seemed to be more interested in renting our home which was not an option for us.) Lisa's reduced rate enabled us to price our home aggressively which produced a quick sale once we were listed. Lisa was attentive, positive and very hardworking, we noticed she even showed the house to buyers herself which had not been our experience with "listing" agents in the past with other homes we had sold. We highly recommend her services.
