We have used this provider over the past few years on a regular basis. They generally arrive within 5-10 minutes of their scheduled start time. Their immediate focus is on the bathrooms as per our request and they manage to make the beds, organize/clean/dust all surfaces and mop/vacuum where appropriate. The only low(er) mark I can give them is for their overall quality. On the very rare occasion that they miss an item, we simply give them a gentle reminder on their next visit and they take great care to make sure it doesn't happen again. We have made the mistake of taking time off from their services and quickly realize just how much we miss their team and smiling faces. I have used them in the past for deep cleans as well and found their overall service to be great across the board.
