Excellent work. Vince was very responsive to our calls, was able to get us into his schedule in a timely manner, and was on time for all appointments. He and his employee removed a metal deck from our roof - with a minimum of mess/intrusion into our home and repaired the hole in our float roof under the deck. We had had a leak that no other roofing company was able to properly diagnose and repair, Vince did so quickly and efficiently. It was a bonus that he was able to do the deck work and the roofing. He was professional and friendly in all contacts. This is the second time that we've used him for repairs on the exterior of our home and we are more pleased with him than other other company we've used on our home. He did very good work and was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Quickly and without a bother. He was all business. He told me he could not come out on the day I contacted him. He told me when he could come out and when he could make the repairs. He made each committment as he stated.

Our experience with Vince was very good. He responded promptly to my call requesting a bid - he came out the day I called. He was by far the most prompt of the companies that I called. He gave us his bid quickly, went over all work needed with us (his report of work needing to be done was verified by other companies giving us a bid and the company that was installing new gutters who initially reported the problems to us). Vince was at our home at the time that he told us he would be promptly each day that work was done. He was friendly, professional and completed the work to our satisfaction. I believe that his bid was not only reasonable, but a good value. Any cost beyond the initial bid was discussed upfront before he completed any work, and he discussed with us the fact that we may have extra costs due to where our problems were (under our flat roof). After he completed the work our gutter guys came back out to finish the job they were not able to do until Vince completed his work - and they verified that he completed the work that was needed, and told both my husband and myself that they think he did a great job. It was very nice to have that verified by an impartial, outside observer who knew what they were talking about. I would highly recommend Vince. He was a pleasure to work with. I'm very grateful we found him.

GREAT JOB - COMPLETED IN ONE WEEK

We had an old existing cedar deck that had deteriorated. The tore at the old and replaced it with a vinyl composite deck. They put a new spindle fence and rails around the deck. They also installed Dust the Dawn Cap Lights across the top. They finished it off with a new stair way with side banisters that leads to the yard and has a concrete pad at the end of the steps. Their work made our house look great, I would highly recommend their work. They had a reasonable price for all of the work they did.

Vince Spain installed the ceramic tiles that I already had on hand. He really took the time to make sure everything was even and did a great job with the grouting. I will be calling him again soon for a deck project as he also works on decks, tiles and installs cabinets.
