Description of Work: Pedro and Jeranimo did an excellent job painting our living room and main floor trim!

Description of Work: Mary Van and her team were AWESOME!! Pedro and Geronimo painted my house perfectly. I do not have one complaint and I am a picky person :) The guy's were so nice, they were considerate, quiet, and clean, soooo clean! I would recommend EVERYONE use them!! My Aunt came by when they were working and she is going to use them. I had some additional space painted and she charged me an extremely fair price. They did what they said they would do and they did it with class! Also I had a fixture I took down and the guy's brought spackle and covered it for me then painted, this was all on their own initiative.... who does that in this day and age of crappy customer service? They didn't smoke, or mess around and took a break for lunch but stayed right here and used my microwave, matter of fact Pedro made me a burrito as well as himself. These guy's do ALL sorts of construction and I want to use them to fix my garage, and for any remodeling I do in the future!!!!! 15 stars! Thanks so very much!!! Terri

Description of Work: When I initially called them to make an appointment, the person answering the phone was annoyed that I was still calling about this offer. She thought it had been removed from Angie's list at an earlier date. She gave me an appointment for August 21 between 6:00 and 6:30p.m. I waited until 7:30p.m. on August 21 and no one arrived or called. So I called the company number and there was a child's voice on the answering machine. Not very professional at all. I left a message and no one ever called me back. I called Las Aguilas Contracting again on August 30th, as I had been in San Francisco for a week, only to have a child answer the phone. She called her mother to the phone and I was told that they had just been very busy and had not had time to return my call or for someone to come to my house for the appointment. I told her I was just going to get my money back and she said that was fine. That is what I am trying to do now. I would definitely not use this company and there is no need to give any other reason. The facts speak for themselves.

Description of Work: I was expecting a full set of plans and 3 d rendering but just received a very basic 3D rendering of my space. The contractor indicated that Angie's list did not represent what the intent of the coupon was supposed to be. Also, I Have still not received the final quote that I had asked for and have had to constantly follow up with the contractor.

Description of Work: Needed slate floor in kitchen repaired and resealed with a higher grade sealer as well as have bull nose installed. Also had some exterior door frame repaired and painted. They did great work!! Cleaned up after themselves, very respectful. Reasonably priced and no cost over runs. Did work very quickly (got it done before my mother in law arrived from New York for the holidays). Definitely would recommend to others.
