 + 0 moreFrom the beginng instuction were not followed and work that had been done had to be taken apart and redone.
Description of Work: This compan ywas hired to install a swing set purchased at Sam's club on June 23rd 2011. The Morning of the installation Mr. Langford was called and stated the truck of the installation team had broke, but he would bring out another crew. When Mr. Langford arrived with the new crew he stated this crew had no experience installing these swing sets. From the Start it was evident this crew was not compatent to complete the job in the time frame requested. After calling Mr. Langford several times he made several promise that were not met. This crew left at 5:00PM never to return at which point told Mr. Langford this crew was not capable of finishing the job and they were not going to allowed to return. The following day my son-in-law alled Mr. Langford and was told I didn't want this crew back because they were black, without verifying this statement he past on this as a reason for not sending This crew back. At no time did anyone from this company send anyone to check on this crew who had no experience. If I had a problem with the color of thier skin I would never had let the start the job. Mr. Langford sends workers that are untrained without any supervition. l
