Didn't know the names of the roofers, but they did a great job, and Willy, who did all the exterior painting was superb!! Definitely will use again.

they took a pice of my siding to submit to insurance, but they never did follow through. would not return phone calls or emails. therefore, i went with a different contractor.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had some hail damage also and the person from the company actually went over the damage with the investigator from our insurance company. Reasonably priced bid and prompt execution of the work. Did not leave a mess. Very professional.

Lane House Construction did good work but it took a long time for them to complete the work. They were kind of busy.I would use them again.

We were very happy with their service. We thought they were very reasonable though I don’t recall the how much we paid for it. They did it quickly. They actually did a little extra work for me. I had a shed back out there and they did that for me really at no extra cost. I tipped the roofer for doing that. I certainly would use them in the future.

They did a professional job. They pushed me ahead of some other people and I appreciated that. I would definitely use them again.

They came out and had wonderful ideas. He said that he had great ideas on our project and would get back with us, and after four follow-up phone calls on my part asking where we were with it, some guy came out and said that all they would give us was a bid on the roof and that they didn't want to mess with the rest of our project. We also needed gutters and awning and he didn't want to mess with those. I am extremely dissatisfied with them and I will never contact them again. The roof was only a fourth of our entire project and I don't even remember whether the bid was a good one or not. Their website says that they have a showroom, and our grandson happened to be spending the summer with us when we were talking to them, so we took him to the showroom and he was most disappointed. All there was were a couple of brochures, some tables and a couple of samples. He said that it was not a showroom, and he is only ten. We had talked to them in early June and they finally got back in touch with us in August, and it took four follow-up phone calls on my part just to get them to come out.

I was very pleased. I found them on Angie’s List and through family recommendation. It was a positive experience. I had a roof which was installed incorrectly and I talked to several roofing companies and some were going to replace parts of the roof and some where going to do minor repairs. When he looked at it he told me where it was leaking and it made perfect sense. He went straight to the problem when everybody had a different opinion. He replaced most of the roof in my brother’s house after a horrible storm so I figured a dozen people couldn’t be wrong plus he had a good review on Angie’s List. They didn’t install the skylights and I had to make them do some adjustments for aesthetic reasons. It is truly a beautiful roof and he did what he said he was going to do and the only problem was the skylights which was not a major roof. I think their price was moderate and their price wasn’t the highest but they were not the lowest either. The roof looks gorgeous and pretty and I never imagined a roof can look like that. Their responsiveness was great. I thought I had a leak on the roof after they installed it and I called them and they came out immediately. They came and it turned out that it was not their problem but they got up into the attic and took a picture of it and sent it to my phone and showed me what was wrong at no charge. I would recommend them.

I started working with them in the summer, but it didn't work out. They didn't do any work. I terminated the relationship last week. The homeowners association wouldn't let me do what I wanted to do. Also, the agent that I was dealing with wasn't very responsive about giving me an alternative. I don't have an opinion about the price because I hadn't consulted with anyone else.

I think that their prices were fair, though they weren’t the cheapest.

They had put in a new roof and gutters for us about three years ago so we had them back for repairs. They clean up after themselves. They were very prompt coming out to do the evaluation and the repair work. When they did the original work on the roof and installing the gutters, the gutter person was sub contracted but they were meticulous. They were very careful.

I thought they were very professional, and they did a quality job. The crew arrived on time, completed the work on time, and I was satisfied with their service.

It was great! The sales rep was personable and knew what he was talking about. He also respected my time enough and didn't stay for 3 hours, pressuring me to buy their prodoct TONIGHT! I also appreciated that we were presented with an actual estimate and weren't given some inflated price and then watched while that pice got whittled down to the real cost to do the job. I find that so irritating and a real waste of my time. So, A+ to Lane for training their sales folks to give a concise, honest presentation! The roof was done in one day and I'm very pleased with it.

The work is not quite done but everything is going well. They were just very thorough and cleaned up very well.

While this company is listed for complete roof repairs, they called me back and said that, "they tried to stay away from repair jobs." I give them a B for at least calling me back and letting me know that they don't do that kind of work and for giving me the name of another company that does. Too bad that the company that they gave me only gets a "B" from the folks who have rated them here.

They replaced my roof and cleaned all debris away

The representative from Lane came to do an estimate on our roof. I suggested to him that he get on the roof, since another company had found different measurements than our insurance company had. He declined and said that his company works from insurance estimates. Even though i had been warned not to show the insurance estimate to any contractors, I didn't seem to have any choice (so i thought) so i got out the insurance estimate for him. He spent a while doing math, and then produced a number that shocked me-- it was more than twice what our other contractor's estimate was-- over $10,000. Even though Lane seems like a good, responsible company, I wish i would have had them do the estimate without seeing the insurance. I feel like we were taken advantage of, and i won't make the same mistake twice.

They did a wonderful job. It was an insurance claim, but the total price was about $7500. I really liked the work that they did and the crew that they sent out. I will definitely use them again. I would recommend them. There were some other companies that had a lower price, but Lane House Construction did a really good job.

First tarps were laid out all around the house to catch any debis from the old roof and to protect the house somewhat. The old roof was then removed down to bare wood. Part of the crew was dedicated to picking up the old roof debris from the yard. A delivery was made of new shingles and by the time the truck arrived the old roof was off the house. Felt was installed and material was installed in the roof valleys. Then the new shingles were installed. The roof is very steep in places and the crew had to suspend themselves using ropes to work on certain parts of the roof. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The crew meticulously removed any debris and all of the nails from the removal of the old roof.

They were thorough, but their solution was not really resolving the problem. So, I had another contractor who got up on the roof and actually looked at the problem. I don?t think that their approach was as thorough as it should have been.

They were really nice. I stopped by and looked at their showroom because I feel it can talk a lot of the company. The gentleman who came out was very thorough in looking at the roof and all of the other things I am having as a result of the roof problem. He gave a real good bid on it. They were very accommodating and helpful and offered me different options. They suggested that for large projects like the one that I am having I could have Wells Fargo to finance. This was nice to know instead of putting it on your credit card. I have a flat roof and a smaller roof at the back. I will keep the gutters because they said the gutters were fine. If the boards are to be replaced the total estimate is $38,500. I have taken bids from another company also and I will go with one of them since I feel I can trust them.

I scheduled an appointment with Lane House Construction for Tuesday 4/5 at 2PM. The representative called me at 2:15 PM and said that there was no way he could make it on Tuesday and wanted to know if we could re-schedule for Wednesday morning. The representative stated that he would call me Wednesday morning to re-schedule.....I never heard back from the representative or anyone else with the company.

They were a little slow getting to the job. They did the job well.

Lane House responded promptly to my request for an estimate for the roofing work. After I received bids from several companies and decided on Lane House, they sent me a spread sheet showing other homes in my area which they had roofed with information on what color had been used so that I could get an idea of how these colors would look. The work was completed as schedule in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and there was minimal debris around after the work.

They were too high. They were very nice and very pleasant. They were very friendly. I didn't have any problems with them. They were responsive and punctual. I didn't have any complaints. If their price hadn't been so high I would have probably gone with them. They were dramatically higher than the other two quotes we got. They were not willing to come down.
