 + -1 moreThe florist sent an arrangement of mothers day flowers that was old and wilted. These were ordered through FTD. I called the florist and they did replace the original arrangement but it was a cheaper version and also old and wilted. FTD is in the process of getting a different florist to fill the order.
Description of Work: Sent an arrangement of flowers that was old and wilted in less than 12 hours. They did come the next day and replaced the flowers but not the arrangement that was originally ordered. It was also old and wilted.
