Description of Work: My a/c was not cooling as expected.Knowles was recommended by a relative.Mr Knowles looked at unit and a gave me a price.The capacitor was weak and the A-coil was plugged.He recommended replacement of both.Another AC service had given me the same recommendation but at a higher price. I went with Knowles and was very satisfied with the result.

+ -1 moreThey took the A/C unit apart and cleaned out the inside. He was very nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips about to maintain my furnace. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. He was the only service person I've had to my house that I was happy with. I called him late in the evening on a Friday night and he was at my door at 8:01 Monday morning.
Description of Work: They inspected our furnace after a tornado. I also had them service the A/C unit while they were here.
