I was out of town when they did the installation and it only took them one day. They kept me informed and called me when they were finished. The roof looks nice and it doesn’t leak when it rains.

The work was excellent and the professionalism of the workers was exceptional. A crew arrived and was at work first thing every morning and worked full days until the job was done as promised. Cleaned up on a daily basis. When the job was finished, everything looked great and neat. Would definitely recommend to others.

They did a very nice job and I'm very happy with the service.

They do tile and slate they are the best in the city. We have been using them for over 35 years.

The first person that they sent was only there to determine IF we had hail damage and couldn't actually provide an estimate. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said that someone would be out in the next couple of days to actually provide an estimate. It took me several calls over the next couple of weeks to get someone to actually come out and provide an estimate. The estimate that they provided was 20% higher than my next highest estimate.

Just a warning: Kirberg uses subcontractors on certain roof jobs. You will probably be able to get a better rate going directly. Just make sure you ask if they are going to use a subcontractor. I know this first hand because I received a lower quote from another company but went with Kirberg because I understood them to be the best and I was willing to spend more for a first rate job. I did not think they used subcontractors because they were such a big company but the other company I received a quote from showed up to do the job. Yes, I was not happy to say the least. I ask Kirberg for the price quoted by the subcontractor and they refused.

Super Dave was responsive, knowledgeable, organized, professional and prompt. I had hail damage from the storms this spring and Super Dave recommended I contact my Home Owner's Ins. He was present for the inspection by the adjuster and shared his thoughts with the adjuster resulting in a a 100% reimbursement for the roof, tuck-pointing and gutters. He began to drop off equipment and tools days before beginning, began on the day promised and completed the work on the day promised. All of his crew were polite, helpful when I had questions and were meticulous about not leaving nails and debris in my yard. In short, Super Dave was professional and did not vary from his initial representations and schedule. He has received work frm a colleague of mine and she has referred him to another colleague and all have been immensely satisfied with his work. I recommend Super Dave without question! They were very curtious folks and worked hard (on memorial day weekend none the less). I didn't even see them take a break. New roof looks great. They also walked around my house when they were done to make sure they picked up any debris. I would definately use again if I ever needed a new roof.

They are good with tiled roofs. Their work has always been good. They are fairly busy, so the work does not get started on time but at the end of it they do it well. They are not cheap. They do the work when they saw they will.

We have never experienced problems with our roof so they do a great job. They are one of the few companies that works on my type of roof.

We spent $12,000 on that work. They put a flat rubberized coating on top and maintained it at various times over the years. I think they do good work and for the amount they estimate it. They are not especially cheap, but I think they do the work well, which is more important. It takes a while before they do the work because they have a pretty good backlog of jobs. It frequently takes several months before they do the work, which would be my only problem with them. I am sure they would do it faster if it was an emergency.

They are terrific. I would recommend them without any hesitation. They know what they are doing and their service is great. They came when they said and did what they were supposed to. They are a little on the pricey side, but I feel that they are worth it.

This company has a great reputation and are well known for their excellent roofing work. Their pricing was the highest of all the bids. Their price corresponds with their quality of work. However, I was not willing to pay $1000 more for a roof job. The estimator showed up on time, presented the material in a knowledgeable manner and answered my questions. This company did not contact me following the estimate though.

They were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem fairly quick. They were very professional and they arrived at my home on time. They were polite and cordial. I wouldn't say that their price was high, I would say they do quality work and are priced competitively. They met the estimate that was given exactly. I was happy with their quality of work.

I called to complain re the price, first to the man who made the estimate, who said it was the cost of "labor." Also, he hadn't even put the length of the guarantee in the contract. Then I left a message for Jim Gentry, manager of the company's office in St. Louis, so far he's not returned my call. Is it the "female" premium when a woman deals with the contractor, or do they do this to everyone?
