They are very efficient. They did what we asked them to do.

They did a great job. I had to be very careful that they are not being a problem for the city, as all the houses and properties are very close together, so I had to get a professional to do stuff like that because they could damage neighbor's house. They could drop on our garage or take out a wire or a transformer. He was great, and he does trees and he does not do stumps, but he did refer me to another gentleman who does stump removal and takes the stumps out.

I saw the guys from Kincade cutting down a neighbor's large tree near his house. When I saw they were doing a good job, I decided to ask for an estimate. They gave us a great price on our tree and even agreed to take down a dead trunk for just a few dollars more. (Part of the reason the price was so good is because we were disposing of the wood ourselves and they were able to just leave it lying in our yard and our neighbor's yard.) They had to make arrangements to have the neighbor's electric lines taken down and put back up, as a precaution. They also took down and put up phone lines. Even with all of that, they got the job done very quickly. I was amazed. We were pleased with the company. They left a couple of pieces of trash behind, but I am not going to complain about a cup and a bottle. It is easy to overlook that with all of the wood lying around. And I don't mind throwing away a cup and a bottle when I got such a great price and a great service. The important thing was they didn't hurt the house, the shed, the fence, wires, and other things that were in the line of those limbs dropping. Thanks guys!
