JULION'S HAULING

Scheduled appointment at 9am, Clyde showed up at 9:01. Was finished quickly, and gave me a nice discount for using Angie's List. Nice guy, very prompt and pleasant.

Julion's Hauling was unable to repair air conditioner, even though we paid $600. He said we needed a new unit. We got a second opinion and paid $300 to have it repaired, and the new air conditioner repair man said it was repaired wrongly. We never received a refund or an apology.

Overall the service was excellent. Julion was extremely responsive. I reached out for a quote, texted him a picture of the piles of concrete and wood, he called back within minutes with a quote. We agreed on a date and time, which was within two days of our initial contact. On the day of the service, he and his crew showed up on time. He looked at the piles, we negotiated (which was expected), and agreed on a price that was about $75 more than the quote. The price was still extremely fair given the amount that had to be hauled. in fact, the job took two days because there was so much to take. Before his crew left after the first day, we agreed on the next time they would come to finish the job. They again, showed up on time, completed all of the work, cleaned up the site, and folded up the tarps that were covered by the concrete and wood. Overall I was very satisfied with their work. It was beyond hot outside, and this was a big job, and they knocked it out. I would hire Julion's hauling again.

He scheduled the pickup the next day after my request. He arrived right on time. After loading the timbers he cleaned the area were they had been stacked. This is the third time I used him and he always provides excellent service.

I was very satisfied with the professional and responsive service I received from Julion. He is responsive and punctual. He said he would be here today at 9:00 am and I could have set my clock by his prompt arrival. He had everything removed within 40 minutes. His team was careful regarding avoiding any damage. When I first requested service via Angies List. I provided photos of the items I needed removed. Julion called me to discuss his estimate and availability. I first contacted him this week Monday afternoon. He called me with a bid by 5 pm that night. After we chatted so that he could be prepared with the logistics of the front door, basement stairs, etc - I provided him with some photos of my front door and porch, the hallway from downstairs to outside and then the view down to the basement from the 1st floor I wanted to make sure he know the layout. As an aside, I also contacted another hauler on this Angies list page and I have yet to hear from them! I would definitely hire him again. Great job Julion and his staff!

Julion and his workers knocked down our collapsing garage and hauled it off without leaving any debris behind. The space in our backyard looks really cleaned up now. I was pleased with Julion's punctuality and pricing. He also knows others, who I'd also recommend, who handled tree removal and electrical. He's a great guy to work with.

Mr. Julion was very courteous. Arrived at the scheduled time. He and his crew were efficient, polite, and friendly. Quoted price was fair and reasonable. I would hire him again when I get around to dejunking my basement. Will definitely recommend his services to my friends.

How did it go? It went great. Julion called the day before to confirm. Responded on the date and time set. Looked at all the stuff we had to go, and quoted the price. We agreed, and his crew removed same within an hour and a half. We had quite a bit of misc stuff that just needed to be cleared out. They took it all.

Julions arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They managed to haul the old sectional out of the basement, there isn't a walkout. They ended up having to cut the couch to get it up the stairs. We inherited the couch with the house, I believe that the previous owners finished the basement after it was down there, it was not an easy task. Julion's was very professional. They cleaned up afterwards and were very pleasant. I was very happy with the price and would recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

Came and hauled out away some junk on 2 separate occasions. I liked their price.

Mr. Julion arrived exactly at the time agreed upon. I had moved everything to the driveway to facilitate loading. He and the gentleman assisting him began loading immediately, and had the trailer loaded in less than an hour. I was completely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Fair price, he & his crew were on time, but they left large scratches on painted stairs, and a broken pane of plexiglass in the back door.

I called Julion's on Wednesday afternoon and Mr. Julion came Thursday morning at the agreed time. Mr. Julion and his employee worked solidly for nearly three hours collecting tree limbs and several months of yard rubbish that I had been accumulating as well as what we jokingly called our three foot high "ecological habitat" at the back of our property. They filled their 20 foot trailer. When they were done, Mr. Julion asked me to make certain that I was satisfied with the work and if not, let him know what else I would like to have them do in order for me to be satisfied with the job. Mr. Julion and his employee were courteous, professional and polite. One hundred dollars of the amount paid was for the disposal fee. I feel that the rice was fair. I would definitely use this service again.

Julion and his crew came in the a.m. and provided a competitive bid. I hired immediately and they took the items away right then and there. They were polite and professional. Will definitely use again.

Julion and his 2 assistants arrived on time, took a look at the entire job and provided a very competitive bid. We hired them on the spot and they filled their trailer and pickup truck with all of our trash. They spent an hour and a half loading. They were even nice enough to help move a very heavy shelving unit from the basement to one of our bedrooms upstairs. They were all very nice and efficient and cleaned up when they were done. We will definitely call on Julion again when we need to clear out more stuff. Excellent service!!

They arrived exactly when they said they would, got an understanding of what was expected and went straight to work. hey were quickly done and did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Called the hauler, he said he would come out the next day prepared to do the hauling if we agreed. He showed up as promised with a flatbed truck completely prepared to do the job. We agreed on the price of everything for 350.00 (except the TV's which we had not mentioned at that point.) Mr. Julion and his assistant made quick work of dismantling the shed and removing it and it contents along with the other items mentioned above. We were writing him the check for payment when my husband remembered the TVs that we also wanted to get rid of. At first he was reluctant (these were a 31" and 27" big old tube televisions) because of the hassle of disposing of them. My husband then asked if it would make a difference if we paid in cash instead of a check. Mr. Julion agreed to take the TVs for an additional $75 if we paid in cash, which we did. We had found a place to take the TVs for $25 apiece but we had to get them there, and one of them wouldn't even fit into either of our cars, so $75 was a good deal. Overall we were very pleased with the promptness and professionalism and plan to use him again.

We cleaned a lot of basement junk out. We also had a lot of yard rubbish including old hoses. Mr. Julion arrived promptly at the promised time, gave a fair estimate, and was done picking up everything within minutes. This is the second time we have used his services and will be doing business with him again.

Went very well. Very nice and professional. The hot tub was quite a problem, being very big and waterlogged, and down a hill behind my house. But Mr. Julion had a good positive attitude. He cut it into pieces with a sawzall, which at first was messy, but he and his assistant got the job done and cleaned up the area nicely. He accepted my check as payment, but asked if there was a bank branch nearby where he could cash it, no big deal. I would definitely use him again or recommend him to others.

They worked very hard to get the queen sized bed up the stairs. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They didn't waste any time.

Called Mr Julion Friday morning concerning removing the items. Made an appointment to come out 10:00am the next day, Saturday. Mr Julion arrived at 9:30am gave me a price and got right to work. Everything in the pile was removed and he even picked up other yard debris that he saw laying around. Anything he wasn't sure of, he asked me before it was removed. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes total. Mr Julion's ad states he accepts checks as payments. However, it seems he prefers cash on weekends. Since I keep very little cash in my home, I was concerned that paying would be a problem. Not at all! Mr Juion accepted the cash I did have on hand and the balance in check. That was a relief for me. My only suggestion is to add "cash payments for weekend work preferred" to his ad. NOT A COMPLAINT JUST A SUGGESTION. I am totally satisfied with his work and, if needed, will use his service again.

Called Wed pm and he arrived Thur am with one helper at exactly the designated time. He was very friendly and courteous. They even cleaned the area where the construction debris was stored. I was very pleased, the price was reasonable, and I would definitely use him again.
