Lorilee Cummings, my agent, was delightful! We had such fun viewing properties. We agreed when one was a disaster and laughed at some unusual things we saw . The fun was over when we got ready to write a contract - Lorilee was very firm in guiding me toward what to offer and what to demand. Once the contract was accepted, she continued following my interests - demanding certain repairs be made, that a home warranty be added, following up on what repairs were made and which ones still needed to be done. She was a birddog, following everything I could not even think about and making everything come together!!
