Description of Work: They tuck pointed my north wall because it was leaking. This was the back wall of the condominium. We have a lot of terra cotta decor that was in bad shape and they caulked it. They also did some tuck pointing during the winter months. We were having leaks and we thought that was the cause.

 + -1 moreJIM SMITH VISITED SITE AND SAID THAT HE COULD ''TAKE CARE OF IT''. I ASKED IF HE WOULD BE SENDING ME A QUOTATION. HE GAVE ME A BUSINESS CARD AND STATED A PRICE WHICH I SHOULD WRITE ON THE CARD. HE SAID TO CALL HIM WHEN I WAS READY TO DO THE WORK. WHILE HE OFFERED THE LOWEST PRICE FOR THE JOB, I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE QUESTION OF WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE, DETAILS OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND GENERAL PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO THE JOB. AS A RESULT, I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND DECIDED TO USE ANOTHER FIRM BIDDING A HIGHER PRICE, BUT HAVING A MORE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO THE JOB.
Description of Work: TUCKPOINTING OF CHIMNEY AND REPAIR OF GROUT IN BASEMENT WHERE STEEL BEAMS MEET CONCRETE FOUNDATION WALL.

 + -1 moreHE WAS A NICE GENTLEMAN AND I APPRECIATED THAT HE GAVE ME A BREAK ON THE PRICE. THEY CAME IN EVERYDAY AND GOT THE JOB DONE.
Description of Work: I HAVE A MASONRY BASEMENT AND THEY CAME IN AND FILLED IN ALL OF THE HOLES AND PAINTED OVER IT.
