JCPenney

The person I worked with was fabulous. Her last name was Kennedy and she was wonderful. She got me a very good price on my blinds, a lot cheaper than others, and they're very good blinds. They're not Levelor but they are comparable. They have good sales and she made sure I got the sales, and it was good. Unfortunately, they're not doing really well; the stores are not doing well because of all the other online things. I don't remember the cost, but they were just way cheaper than others. I have big windows in the living room and dining room, and I got one for the kitchen. I could not get them at a big box store provider because they needed to be special ordered. That's why I had to check around, but J C Penney's was good. I did look on Angie's List and I did get quotes, but J C Penney's beat everybody. I give them all A's. The work was done extremely well and there was one little glitch, but it wasn't the person that handled it; she was wonderful. But there was something, like the long piece above. There was a reason it wasn't measured right. But anyway, they took care of it. My salesperson was beyond wonderful. She was fantastic, so she made sure everything turned out perfectly. We installed them ourselves. My husband and a friend installed them; they were pretty easy to install.
