Handyman Service
Jane Wilson is the landlord for the rental property at 827 Atalanta Ave., Saint Louis, MO. Mrs. Wilson was habitually tardy when it came to fixing items that went wrong with her property. As a couple examples, it took her three months to fix the garbage disposal and six months to fix rotten steps in the front of the house. When we made follow-up calls about the problems, she would tell us that she couldn't reach the handymen. After over a dozen occasions of waiting exorbitant amounts of times for her to fix problems with her property it became clear that her services were not professional, expedient, or adequate. Beware of this when renting from Jane Wilson or waiting for her to send handymen to fix the problems.
