WORST REALTORS EVER! Cliff?s Notes: 1) Agents listings consistently outside the area of interest and certainly did not include any of the amenities we were looking for. 2) Agent only communicates via text. Do not expect a response to your difficult questions and most certainly if you are unhappy. 3) Do expect to be handed off by the two mediocre agents, Jamie Leonard and Aaron Mueller. 4) Do expect to be verbally disrespected by Jamie Leonard as he tries to push you into making a deal that benefits him, not you. Do expect unconventional methods to be used. Extended Version: A friend recommended Leonard Mueller Realty group as she had luck finding a new home. She fell in love with the first home she saw and it was a seller trying to escape foreclosure, so pretty much a slam dunk for her. I set up an appointment with Aaron Mueller to view a couple houses in the precise area I was interested in. The first visit was great! He was there on time and had the houses opened and ready for viewing. Unfortunately none of those houses were what I was looking for so we decided to set up a formal meeting to discuss my wants and needs. I specified in detail the area of the city I was interested in and the amenities I was looking for. The next day I received a list of 28 houses 15 miles West of my desired location. His response was that I should be more open minded. Throughout the process of searching for a home this attitude was magnified more and more each day that passed. I found a house that I loved, on my own, and viewed it. Aaron later wanted to view the house with me and proceeded to make a verbal offer to the seller?s agent instead of following the normal protocol. This opened the door to a number of terrible experiences. I LOVED the house but was prepared to walk away after Aaron handed me off to his partner Jamie Mueller. Jamie is the most disrespectful, tactless and greedy individual I have ever encountered. Jamie called me unreasonable when I asked to counter the seller?s offer and went on to verbally disrespect me, his client! His method of pushing you into a corner is extremely unprofessional, but what more can you expect from a mid-20 frat boy. Aaron and Jamie?s method of communication is via text and they take turns responding to the unhappy clients. I could continue to write in detail even though 4 months have passed? In short my agents did not want to collect the home owner?s insurance the seller offered, did not want to address the non-functional fireplace that had been misrepresented by the seller, acted like they were not aware of what a Good Faith Estimate, did not want to request the land survey be included, wanted to recommend their go-to home inspector, said they were out of town when working through the offer (I later found out this was a lie), and then did not show up for the closing all while performing their business in a completely unprofessional manner. My friend who purchased the house also gave them her business and used them as a seller?s agent. This experience was not pleasant and more representative of what I describe above. After 2 months she took her business to a different real estate agent and the goodbye she received was a text from Jamie telling her that ?When she?s tired of trying to sell, give me a call because I am interested in renting.? I would NEVER recommend Leonard Mueller Realty and the Kelsey Cottrell Group should reevaluate who they affiliate themselves with.
