The service was fine. They water blasted the deck and I do wish they would have sanded it as it is a bit rough. They were good to work with and I would advise others to measure before the work is done and then to get an understanding of how the company measures. They were very straight forward. I have moved out of the area but I would recommend them to people still in the area.

Extra repairs are needed before sealing deck. Estimate for repairs seems quite high.

The came out and did the power washing and applied the sealant. The painting itself looks nice, it was the correct color but none of the nails were hammered back into place. My husband did call and let them know this still needed to be taken care of and they replied that they would be back out to fix this problem. They have yet to come back out. The problem now will be, when/if they come to hammer the nails they will ruin the new pain/seal coating.

He was punctual, but I thought his estimate was too high.

Excellent. It was a bit pricey but I think it was worth it because they are confident and competent. I would use them again.

I bought a big deal for fence cleaning and sealing. I knew that my large city of st louis fence would be more, but I didn't think it would be 3K more! I have had the same type of work done by other companies and it was 1K this fellow's bid was really out of line and the coupon was useless

It went well. Power washed the deck on day. Came back a couple of weeks later, due to rain, and stained the deck.

The owner made an appointment for a consult and was on time and let me know that the job would cost more than the Deal, I had read the reviews of similar deals and knew what to expect. I was willing to pay the extra, even though my deck is small the rails ad stairs doubled the square footage. The deck was cleaned the next day. Then six days later it was painted. The employee worked hard and steadily and did a very nice job. He left about a gallon of the stain for me to use in the future. All in all, good job! I will use again if need be.

Went well - it took a little time to coordinate, but once we connected it was very fast. The work was done quickly and well - our repaired gate works better than it did previously before damage. I plan on using Jablan for future work on our deck (carpentry, staining, etc).

They did an excellent job, old fence looks like new again.

A 2 man crew came out and replaced a broken section of fence and installed a new gate in about 3 hours. They answered all my questions and allowed me to inspect their work when it was done. It looks and works great! Only minor issue was that we had to reschedule because one of their jobs ran over but they were able to come out on Saturday and complete my fence which I appreciated. Will do business again!

When they came out they informed me they could only do the sealant for a new deck, so I ended up having to pay for them to stain and then seal the deck. I did not appreciate how mis-leading the ad was and I ended up paying over double of what I wanted. Also we had set up a specific time frame for them to be finished and they agreed to that time. He then changed and said they couldn't get it done within that time frame and they had to push it back two weeks. It was very hard to get them to follow through with their work. The work was fine but other than that I was not impressed with this companies customer service.

I needed to have the deck footers replaced. I had Jablan Fence & General Contracting power wash and stain my deck last fall and was so pleased with their work, so I called them to replace the footers. I called on Monday 4/28 and Sanel came onsite to review the job, provided the estimate and description of the work to be performed. He said they could get the job done this week. Two gentlemen were onsite Wednesday 4/30. They were very professional, they answered my questions and proceeded to get the job done. They completed the job in a few hours and had me inspect the work they had performed. They cleaned up the work site and let me know that old footers would be removed from yard later that day by Sanel and they were. They did excellent work. Sanel..Thank You !

We purchased the big deal. They were great. My son made the arrangements. They were great and we haven't had anything done on our deck or any other fence.

Owner wanted to sell me more than clear finish. I wanted the work done that I purchased. So, he got aggravated and left.

Arrived, worked, finished! I was very happy.

It seems they want to make money from us for the amount of discount they are giving through the coupon. We have got a lower quote without a coupon from another contractor for the same work. I had expected some extra amount but not $800 more.

The company was very helpful in explaining what the services were beyond the big deal. I would highly recommend them to other members.

Certificate was for clear stain to deck and mine is semi colored. He said he could match color for another 640.00. I said no.

Went well except their stain sprayer broke, which meant the stain had to be applied by hand-brushing.

Qoute was simple out of the range I expected.

They did the power washing today and they will come back tomorrow to do the stain. I do have to pay additional for more square footage and for the stain because only the clear coat was included in the deal. I appreciated that they are getting the job done quickly.

It went very well. The work took a day longer than expected because of a large chunk of concrete underground which needed to be removed with a jack hammer. The crew came on a Saturday to finish up because they were behind because of the unexpected concrete. They did a fantastic job on the fence and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very punctual, quick, and professional. The work was well done, but I think the deal was a little misleading because the deal that they offered for a very small deck and I had to pay out of pocket cover my full deck.
