Jay came on one of the hottest days this summer and got the job done. He did an amazing job, and since I was home, walked me through the yard to make sure I was satisfied with everything. His prices are great as well, and he is very responsive with phone calls. I have hired him again for some more work and would recommend him to anyone.

Jay is very thorough. He always removes any limbs from the yard before mowing. I have used him for years and highly recommend their service.

It was a mixed thing; they were in a pressured time and my job turned out to be a little bit bigger than what they have. They want to conclude it really fast. Some of the works were good but others I would like to have taken a little more time to do a better job. He had good reports before that is why I chose him to do the work and he is a real nice person. Maybe they were trying to get a whole lot done in a shorter time and they'd do a bigger job than what they were expecting so that took out some parts of their time. He is a really nice person and I appreciated time. I hope he took a lot of time to check with me on some of the cutting and if I knew he would do some of the electric cutter I might not have them do all the cutting; I've done my bushes and stuffs by hand with a hand cutter although, I didn't want to do that with quite a lot of bushes. So it's was more of trying to hurry to get the job done but part of my request was clanged on. It is partly my responsibility for making the job unexpectedly bigger at the same done instead of getting it done in just two days maybe take another part of the day just to make it slower and more thorough for the cosmetic work like cutting. Partly was my responsibility in having them do a really big digging job to get my edging done and there were a lot of weeds out there because I haven't pulled the weeds. Between them taking on other jobs and mine having more work or them to do they'd probably expected it; it's just that I am more particular about how things looks when they are cut. There's a little miscommunication on both side but I will recommend them as long as they someone thoroughly understand both ends.

The owner was very information and pleasant to work with. We did not hire him for the job.

This company failed to show up on numerous times and did a bad job when they did come. Calles to the company did not remedy these problems so we went elsewhere.

It took a long time for him to come because his dad was sick and we had snow and rain. All that held us up but it was all understandable. It would have been nice if he called me instead of me having to keep calling him but overall it was all good. It was a tricky time of year to get it done I guess. I contacted him in December and he came in Feb.

J S Outdoors landscaped our side yard in the spring. Jay Smith, the owner of J S Outdoors, did an excellent job matching the new pavers to our existing landscaping, and we are pleased with the results. Jay always shows up on time and does what he says he will do. Jay has worked on many jobs for us, and we know we can count on him to be competent, pleasant, hardworking and trustworthy.

Jay did excellent work filling in and seeding the yard. The dirt had to be hand carted in since the yard was fenced, yet we heard no complaints from Jay. He leveled the area, and it looks great. He worked when he said he would and returned phone calls promptly.

Jay responded quickly to our inquiry and gave a very competitive bid. The work was done on time, and the yard looks great. The backyard was fenced and made his work more difficult, but Jay did not complain. He is a hard worker and is determined to do a good job for the customer. We will definitely call J.S. Outdoors the next time we need yardwork or landscaping done.
