I was very impressed. 
John set everything up. He called the day after I placed the order. 
He told me he would have someone out on Thursday morning
He was early for the appointment ( I apologize I cannot remember his name). He did an exceptional job on the everything. 
I previously had 2 other companies put a toilet paper holder up and both times it fell off the wall. 
He did it right and it has stayed on.
I will definitely use them again. The screens were replaced and are done better than new.
My lock is fixed.

I bought a coupon for 4 hours of handyman work. James showed up on time even though I learned later it was nearly an hour drive for him to my residence. He was extremely professional and helpful; recommended the appropriate action and did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what he was planning to do to ensure we were on the same page...which I appreciated. James' work was superb and I would not hesitate to hire him again for other projects.

It was good.  There was an issue with when they would come.  I had to call them and get everything straightened out, I forgot what the issue was but it took awhile to get them out.  I think it was about $200.  The gentleman that was here could have more professionalism.  They have a big crew and that is a positive for them. 

The individual who came out to lay the floor (the first person who initially came to my house was ill on the install day) did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and made recommendations for best service. I trusted him totally and am very pleased with how the rooms came out.

Great!  Jon & his crew did exactly what we needed. Very prompt and professional. Will use again!

They took off my siding, opening a hole through to the kitchen sink. This saved me ruining my nice granite countertops by accessing things from outside.

They also went into the basement and opened a clean hole in the drywall and framing. The work was very smooth and they were easy to work with.

Will use again.

The provider arrived ten minutes early.  He obviously knew everything he needed to know to do the job.  There were logistic problems because of the design of the attic space and he talked with me about them, giving me options.  In the end, he had to re-install some flexible duct work to raise it above the folding ladder.  He shopped for the necessary materials, including the wood for the door.  He finished the job in 6 hours.  At that point, he asked if I wanted him to paint the wooden door opening and I chose to do that myself, saving me some labor time. He took the time to clean-up after himself as well. I was extremely pleased.

Good.  I bought a coupon but didn't have enough hours.   And we ran into a parts problem.  My assigned guy came back after finding the needed part and completed the rest of the projects.  Good job.

Contractor showed up on time. He was very helpful in giving rough estimates of other work we might want done. Followed all our instructions and purchased materials on our behalf. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. I would use this service again.

It went great. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Would be happy to call again for a list of items to be done.

It went great. They were very prompt with getting me the lean waivers when I needed them. Jon responded quickly and sent Ron out.  Ron got there early, got the materials he needed, and built a first-rate staircase in less than 5 hours.  Jon estimated the job at way more than it actually ended up being, which was a nice surprise.

I hired them to reroute my dryer vent and do minor drywall repair. They did everything I asked and a pretty good job. It was done one way and when I asked if we could try something different they had no problem changing or fixing things. The only downside is that the repairman said that the drywall repair could of used another round of mudding and then needed to be sanded and they didn't return to do that.

It was perfect, he was on time, polite guy. He came in set up his equipment in my garage. Very nice gentleman he was prompt and easy to work with. He had no problem running to the store and getting extra supplies we needed. He was very professional and neat. He made sure he cleaned up after himself.

He's busy and sometimes hard to schedule, but that's probably because they do such good work. We went in with the simple plan of updating our bathroom with some flooring and fixtures. Of course, like many construction jobs, we found some major problems and ended up having to gut the whole thing and redo it. The contractors they send do great work and in the end we have a great new laundry and bathroom. I should also mention that right as we were beginning to wrap up construction, St. Louis got hit with severe flooding and almost everyone with a basement had damage. Luckily one of the workers happened to be on the job that day and contacted both me and Jon, the owner. Jon came over and found out that I had a broken sump pump. He waited for three hours, rolling up collared sleeves to help pump out the water, until I returned with the last sump pump available in the entire area. He installed it at no charge and we haven't had any problems since then. I'd say that's going above and beyond.

James showed up on time. He was friendly and jumped right in on my punch list of items. I had him cut and install new trim in my master closet, install screens, paint, hang curtains and a little touch up drywall in a bathroom. He was friendly, the work was completed quickly and to my expectations, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again.
