Description of Work: Patrick arrived on time and went right to work. He finished my list quickly without taking a break. He invited me to add to the list as we could both see he would finish way before the four hours agreed to in the package was used. He did whatever I asked and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for general contracting and handyman services. Very easy to work with. Responsive to questions / concerns. Goes above and beyond expectations. Definitely would use them in future!

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $149 for 4 Hours of General Contracting Services. Framed an access panel and put up drywall.

Description of Work: I had originally bought the package for four hours of labor to fix wood rot. I believe that the first carpenter that they sent out had not been with the company very long and some of the work that he did was okay, but some of it definitely was not adequate. I had paid for an extra hour beyond the initial package and paid for materials. | |After he was gone and especially when I went to go to put finishing coats of paint over the areas that had been worked on, I realized how uneven the services were and how some of the molding was very poorly matched to the existing molding. | |I called up the owner and discussed it with him personally and he send out another carpenter who fixed everything that I was dissatisfied with and not charge me any additional for time or materials. The fact that they made everything right without any argument or my having to push any beyond stating the facts of my case, earned my respect. For this reason I would recommend the company. I don't think every company always does perfect work the first time every time, but it's how they take care of it when there is a problem that really shows the better company.

Description of Work: I had a list of about 6 items I wanted fixed, repaired. Several they would not tackle/ said tiny tile repair, minor plumbing, etc. needed someone else. General carpentry they did was done Very well and neatly,nicely cleaned up, professional. Felt they were expensive for time here?(maybe that is just me?) They want larger jobs rather than tiny handy-man repairs and tiny jobs come up more often here than large ones.

Description of Work: Craig Burgess replaced our storm door. Gentleman was quick effecient and new his business. We were very impressed. Will use him and Frisch Company again

Description of Work: I used an Angie's special for 4 hours of Handyman Service. They were on time, but had to reschedule due to some miscommunication. Second time they were prompt, finished everything and were very courteous. Would ask them for bids on larger jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Attached porch to house, replaced drain in bathroom, and replaced two GCFI outlets.

Description of Work: Handyman was nice but broke track lighting when installing. He replaced it but charged me for the time it took him even though he was the one who broke it!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $179 for 4 Hours of Handyman Services. The service turned out great. My husband was home for the service. They repaired a faucet outside, built shelves and mounted the TV.

Description of Work: He tackled long list of small, but challenging projects. He worked very quickly, was knowledgeable, and helpful in problem-solving.

Description of Work: I had a portion of a wood fence fall down during a storm. They replaced a board and secured the fence. He worked in the rain so I didn't watch him very carefully as I would have liked but I was pleased with the final result.

Description of Work: Only complaint is was told it would take 2 days so drywall tape would dry but did not wait i hope tape doesnt fall down

Description of Work: They installed a garbage disposal and painted 2 walls in a small bedroom. There was a small glich with the garbage disposal, but it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I was great to know they stood behind there work.

Description of Work: I paid $149 for four hours of work. During that time the handiman fixed a sliding door (entrance to the basement half bath), repaired a 16 foot long crack in a ceiling, and replaced some baseboard in the kitchen that our puppy chewed up. All in all it was worth every penny and I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Craig was a great worker. I really thought the 5 or 6 things I had for him to do would take most of the day. He finished in 4 hrs which showed me that he was fair and didn't stretch out the work. We prioritized everything to do and it all got done. I was really impressed by his attendion to detail. I had a spot on my outside siding that needed to be reattached and he found other areas that needed calking and took care of that also. Very pleased with his work and will definitely use them again - and will ask for Craig.

Description of Work: They performed a variety of handyman services...door and vertical blind hanging, installation of faucets, ceiling repair. The young man was prompt, very pleasant, neat and professional in appearance, and did a good job.
