They showed up on time on the date scheduled and did an efficient job installing everything. It all went smoothly. We would use them again!

They had to stretch it out into 3 days due to allowing all the phases of the job to dry but were great about keeping everything as clean as possible in such a messy situation and I am very happy with the results!

I called and made a second appointment and he did appear for it. I asked him to give me two quotes: one to replace a basement door ASAP and a second to do framing, drywall, shower installation, etc. for a basement bathroom (work to be done in the spring). He has yet to get back to me and given his record of unreliability with me I would not hire him.

Patrick arrived at our house at 7 a.m. and got to work installing shelves in our master closet. He also installed a light fixture there.

Bought a coupon for my mother for this group to do handyman service. She had them install drywall in her master bathroom. They were great. They removed the toilet and sink in order to do the job correctly.

J.P. Frisch came by and completed an estimate of the amount of time needed to complete the work we needed. We came to an agreement on the cost and work and scheduled a date for the work. They arrived on time as agreed and immediately began the work. The work was completed within the agreed upon time. Due to the unavailability of needed shutters, we ordered some from Lowes. J.P. Frisch then came back once the shutters had arrived and installed them. The finished product on all of the projects was very good. We live in an old house and the work they completed matched in well with the rest of the house. We were very pleased with their work. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up and there was no mess left at the site. Overall we were pleased and would hire them again.

They were excellent. I originally bought their Big Deal for a 6 hour package and continued to hire them because I had much more work than 6 hours so he actually worked at our place for 1 1/2-2 weeks. He was exceptional. It was $50 an hour. The experience was excellent. They were always prompt and courteous. They always let me know what the amount would be so I was never surprised by my bill. They did anything that I basically threw at them. It was excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

These guys did a great job. They took care of replacing two supports for my front deck and multiple odd jobs.

Installed 2 screen doors, 2 inside doors, door jam, installed storage shelving in basement, installed 2 fan light kits, 2 ceiling lights, mail box, lighted front door bell and several small miscellaneous items were fixed.

They sent out one tech. He was professional and I'd use this company again. He was on time, too. I had to schedule 2 weeks out from when I purchased the big deal. He let me know some problems that may arise concerning the screws that that came with the bags, and recommended heavier screws. He even redrilled larger holes in the equipment to accomodate the larger screws. Everything has held up well.

Great! Tom corrected issues that a cabinet installer caused throughout our kitchen makeover. He lowered cabinets 1 inch so that I could reach the second shelf (I'm sort of short). He put in electrical on both sides of the island when the cabinet installer covered the electrical. He hung new fixtures in the kitchen and hallways.

John was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I needed done. It was raining, so he couldn't repair the cracks on my driveway. I had a list of jobs and all that was inside got done. He replaced a toilet flap, a lamp on the outside of my house that I can't reach and the battery in a smoke alarm that is on the vaulted ceiling. John fixed grout on my kitchen tile floor, got my back door to close tightly, fixed bathroom sink drain, tightened siding where needed and a couple of other odd jobs. I am planning on having him back when the weather is warmer.

In a word: great. Jon the owner came over and gave me a bid right away. I thought it was reasonable and he did a good job of explaining how they charged and operated. He sent Patrick over to do the work. Patrick was on time both days, and does excellent work. No corners were cut, everything looks great. They were done in the time promised and came in under bid, thanks to an Angie's list coupon that I didn't know about but they gave me anyway. Would use them again (and am going to) in a heartbeat. Have already recommended them to a few friends. Great work.

It was fine. The tiles that I used were very irregular tiles because I got them from Mexico so they're very difficult to work with. They're kind of tricky to cut and organize because they all had different patterns and he was very patient with the whole process. He helped me determine where to put the tile and made recommendations. We kind of had to work together. It required some brainstorming.
