Description of Work: We received a bid and the service was all done in a reasonable time frame. They did a great job tuck pointing the chimney and left the job site clean. They were very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend them. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had my mailbox knocked down by a snow plow. Decided to get a brick one. Called and had a temp mailbox the next morning. Was delivered as promised and the installation was a joy to watch.

Description of Work: J*J tuckpointed and rebuilt 7 brick columns around my inground pool and also restored the tuckpointing on the fireplace chimney above our roof line. Prompt, clean, great attention to detail and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Description of Work: Had moisture coming through plaster wall under bay window with masonary facia. Business owner responed to my weekend call within minutes to explain he was at a family outing and would call back asap and he did the same evening. We set appointment convienient to me. He told me steps to take to protect from further seeping damage as several days of storms were expected. He arrived on time, reviewed my situation, explained what he would do and as important WHEN. Tom also inspected all the other brick/stone/masonary loctions on my home and declared them in good shape. We set a day and time, he called a couple of days previous to be sure that was still good for me. He arrived at stated time with his expert mason, we confirmed work to be completed. When it was finished we reviewed what was done, any problems I was to call as work was garanteed. The mason asked if there was anything else that might require attention. Interior plaster was repaired and repainted by myself.

They came out and said the damage I wanted repaired would be covered but that I had more issues with the chimney etc. They fixed everything, including replacing the cap on the chimney and some other stress cracks that I didnt even ask about. They did a good job and I was pleased for the price. Though I wasnt expecting to spend more, the work was worth it.

Description of Work: I was not at home when the provider came to view the repair. He called me to say he would be unable to perform the service since he did more masonry work and not concrete work and this job appeared to require a great deal more concrete work.
