It went great. Tony and his crew did a top-notch job. All three areas look great. Their bid was fair and they finished the whole job in less than three hours. I would hire Tony again in a heartbeat. Excellent work!

Anthony came out the same day I called to give an estimate for some emergency Tuckpointing. Anthony and team were out a couple days later, first thing on Saturday morning to take care of the job. After taking the shutters off, we found quite a bit of unexpected Tuckpointing needed behind the shutters. We adjusted the bid fairly and proceeded with the job. The 2 man team turning into a 3 man team and they had the work done a several hours later. They even re-pointed many other spots they saw as they went along. With all the rain we’ve had lately, I can now rest easy knowing that no more water is going to be sneaking into my home. Great work, quick service, would highly recommend.

Well, Tony repaired everything diligently and for a reasonable price. I will hire him again.

Tony Monaghan and his crew did a major foundation repair, patched the cracks, did some wonderful tuck pointing repair, leveled the sidewalk and front stairs, repaired the cracks in the porch, and did it in two days. Amazing! I'd hire him again at the drop of a hat.

They came out gave me an estimate and were back the next morning during the excessive heat warning. The guys got up on the roof and fixed the chimneys and did a great job. My little boy enjoyed watching them as they tuckpointed and fixed the bricks below our back two windows. Overall extremely satisfied with the work and how quickly the job was done.

Irish Construction did a fantastic job tuckpointing the front of my house to address water entering at the sill plate and under the windows. They pulled back the dirt, tuckpointed, filled with hydraulic cement, and pointed four additional areas, as well. The owner, Tony, responded to my request within two hours and met me at the house to provide a bid; it was fair, and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get a crew out the next morning. The guys worked very hard, were polite, and did an excellent job cleaning up as well. The following day I noticed an additional area that needed work, and Tony sent his crew back to finish the job; they pointed another place that I had missed, as well. All in all a great experience- and most importantly, there is no more water entering, even after three torrential downpours. Thanks guys!

On June 19, 2019, We met with Anthony Monaghan, the owner, about resurfacing our patio and doing some other concrete and tuckpointing at our home. They were also to repair black mold-damaged concrete on an interior wall leading down our basement stairs. He had his guys with him, and did the patio, concrete repair, and tuckpointing all within a 2 hour span (this should have been my first clue). Anyways, once it dried, we noticed quite a few irregularities/imperfections. On June 26th, we reached out via email to Tony, and were told that he would be available on June 29th to speak with us. Tony then emailed us on July 3rd, stating that he'd just gotten back in town and would come by the following week to take care of it. We went out of town on July 1st, and our neighbor contacted us to tell us that two men had put a ladder over my LOCKED GATE to the gangway, and were in my yard working. When she asked who they were, they stated that they were with Irish Construction and were there to work on the concrete. One of the workers then called me, and I told him to get of my yard, that he was trespassing. He said that Tony told him to climb over my gate, and that they were almost done. I again told to just get out of my yard. When we returned, everything was still bad. In addition, they put our flower pots and other items on top of our flower and ground cover. The spilled concrete in 10 flower baskets that we had placed on the ground, and left my hose reel full of dirt and concrete. To make matters worse, the concrete still looks bad, the divots on the patio pad are still not filled in. Also, regarding the black mold on the wall of our basement stairs. They just concreted over it, and the mold is coming through the new concrete. We intend to prosecute them, complain to the BBB, and take this to court. We paid $4000.00, and the work is horrible. We cannot get a response out of the owner, and will have to hire another contractor to fix all of the problems that were left or made worse by Irish Construction. If anyone wants to see exactly how terrible the job was, or need proof because they are considering using this company, message me. Work qas great on interior plaster repairs. Major cracks blended well with existing plaster.

The owner of Irish Construction was very responsive and reliable. The walkway and sidewalk looked fantastic when he was finished and he did high quality work. I would definitely hire him again.

The Irish Construction team was awesome! I was selling my home and needed some last-minute work done to pass inspections. I reached out to several companies, and Tony returned my call promptly. He came out quickly for an estimate. The price was more than fair and quite a bit less than other quotes. His team completed the work in a matter of hours, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They even did a bit more than I’d asked for to ensure it lived up to their standards (vs my inspection needs). I’ve already recommended them to others and would use again.

Tony was extremely responsive and quickly assembled an professional and qualified team to do tuckpointing and some other minor concrete repair. The work was completed on the same day I called which was very helpful. The price was pretty high, in my opinion, but the crew did a quality job and cleaned up well.

Team showed up early, worked all day, and looks great.

They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Tony is very focused on making sure the customer is happy.

They were able to get the project in quickly and repair the wobbly step. Not only was it now stable but the steps looked refreshed since they cleaned the concrete first. They also went above and beyond and cleaned up some tuckpointing another contractor had left in bad shape while they were here. Price was competitive.

Called to get a quote and Tony came out the next day. His price was not the cheapest but not the most expensive bid (I had 4 in total). He said he could get us in that Monday, so we agreed. He showed up with a crew of 4 promptly at 8am and they got to work. They were finished by 1pm. They did spot tuckpointing and repaired the side stucco of the house’s foundation. I had a few follow up questions and Tony promptly responded. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work and we were.

I called on Thanksgiving weekend and they came right over. They completely transformed my slopping sidewalk and spot tuck-pointed my home. They went above and beyond what I asked for and their price was very competitive.

Reason for Work: - Roof leaking around chimney Work Performed: - Chimney repairs (before and after photos attached) - New gaskets around pipes extruding from roof - Front steps repaired and coated - Front porch coated to match steps The good: - Price: Did a fair bit of work for a fair price and threw in some extra things for no charge - Friendliness: Crew was friendly and the quality of the work look good on cursory inspection - Punctuality: Showed up at agreed upon time and completed it that day Too Early to Say, will Update: - I cannot assess the quality yet as it is early, and only time will tell. The primary problem was a leak that is hard to assess as it only occurred during a heavy rain. Hopefully, they fixed the root problem and no more leaks. Opportunities for Improvement: - Payment: Cash only. I prefer to pay with a card even if that means paying a few % extra for CC fees for piece of mind and security. - Urgency: The act now, I can get you in tomorrow, must be available strategy creates unnecessary stress when the repairs are not an emergency.

Irish Contruction came though for us in a pinch on a tuckpointing/water proofing job. They showed up on time, got to work quickly and were in and out on time. The crew also fixed things that weren’t in the initial scope of work but required minimal extra time since they were already working. Basically they cared about the customer and looked to make sure their needs were met.

I can't say enough good about this company. The workers were prompt, polite, respectful and made keeping my home clean and dust free a top priority. They matched my dining room ceiling texture perfectly. I asked for a slightly rough textured finish on the walls of the room they did and it turned out exactly as explained I wanted and imagined. It is beautiful.

The owner came out and was horrible. He was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He deminished what repairs was needed, kick my foundation, and threw out a quote of $2,500. Then he said, he can do the work the next day BY HIMSELF. REALLY!!! I got another quote from a more reputable company and also got a structural engineer report of what actual work needs to be done. He was going to bust out my foundation on the left side of my house and ruin my property for a quick $2,500. No estimate or breakdown of what he was going to even do. The work that has to be done is no where near that amount. I wish it was, but it's not. And, a crew is needed to do the work and to help support my house from falling. Ladies and gentleman a prefect example of a SCAMMER! So , BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I had some brick steps that were to the point they were just falling apart. I got several bids, and Irish Construction was right on par with the rest, except they did more work than the others were quoting (I also had some spot pointing done and plaster work inside). They were able to start the job quickly and finished faster than expected. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Work performed on time on budget as expected. Great attitude and performance.
