+ -1 moreWe did not have any major problems and they seemed fined. In my dealings with title companies there always seems to be some glitches here and there because the process is so complicated but I don't have any major complaints about them. Their location was very convenient and they had a dedicated person that helped us with everything.
Description of Work: I used INVESTORS TITLE CO when we refinanced our mortgage.
