I had a couple of last minute issues with my closing which caused this process to be an absolute nightmare. I would definitely NOT recommend Investors to anyone. First and foremost, Investor's had been extremely unresponsive to our repeated requests for a copy of the final HUD so that I would know exactly what funds would be due at closing. Since no one from my side was able to proof the HUD until I arrived at Investors, there were a number of errors to the HUD which had to be resolved prior to closing. In addition, a last minute inspection issue had developed at the property which only reinforced our need for Investor's to be understanding and work with us to get through closing. However, our closer, Margaret, was anything but understanding, in fact, she was curt and rude at best. She was unwilling to stay beyond 5pm unless I agreed to pay a $250 "after hours fee" which seemed to be conveniently created as a discouragement. Avoid this location. Their professionalism was a joke.
Description of Work: Investor's was selected by my real estate agent to handle the closing tasks associated with the purchase of my new home in St. Louis. Since I was relocating to the STL area, I had no references to compare them against.
