I called the company regarding a number of items, including water leaks, needed to be repaired. The person answered the phone was courteous and we scheduled someone to come to give me the cost. The appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to the representative was not available. And eventually, another representative was assigned. In meeting with the representative, I discussed and showed her the issues, she said someone will get back to me, as these were not her expertise. After 3 weeks without a follow up from the company, I called again to inquire. Again, the person on the phone was courteous, but she didn’t have the information. She said she will talk to the representative and get back to me. Two weeks later, no follow up or call back.
