They came out to examine the window and then emailed me a quote. I scheduled the repair. The workman came out and made the repair. He was very professional and made sure the area was kept clean.

Everything went well. The windows were installed as scheduled, the work was done well and they look great. Hyperions's price was quite reasonable compared to other's who quoted the job. Great experience; would not hesitate to use Hyperion in the future.

Very well. They supplied an estimate the very same day I called and when the time came to install, they gave me an approximate time and called prior to arrival. The team worked quickly and efficiently. Both phone and email access were answered quickly and with good humor. We appreciated their services so much that we are having them replace a another window that's had a small crack for a long time, but we had no idea how to get it repaired.

Took a while to get the windows built but I was in no hurry. When installation was scheduled, they were on time and very clean, courteous and professional. Left the house clean and helped move things back to where they were. They were also respectful of my pets.

Call them and they came out within a day or two to measure the window. They make the glass at their facility. Once the new window was completed, took about 2 weeks, they came back and installed my new window. And they gave me an Angie's List and Senior discount which saved me $21.84

Excellent. Professionalism at its best from beginning to end.

One of the double-panel windows was replaced with no problem. The other window was accidentally partially cracked on installation. A replacement was quickly made within 3 days. The patio glass was replaced with quickly, with no problems. In fact, they even adjusted sliding door to keep it from falling out and to slide more easily, without being asked and at no charge.

They did a wonderful job! Very professional and the two men got the job done pretty quickly.

I was super impressed with Hyperion Glass because they were very friendly, reasonable, and responsive. The window itself looks amazing, and the time it took between the free estimate and the installation was very quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful. I contacted Hyperion along with two other companies. Hyperion responded first. They gave me an estimate by email. They were not only the first to respond, but the lowest bid. I needed a sealed, two-pane panel replaced. They came out to my house for a free estimate in a couple of days. That bid was the same as the email estimate. Signed off on the work and it was completed in a timely and professional manner. I was only sorry that it was raining when they came out to do the work. But they proceeded and finished quickly. No mess, no fuss. Would definitely recommend to others!
