TLDR; used this company before, pricing doubled and incredibly rude sales person named Brad. Call Zerorez instead. We used this company in 2019 to clean our air ducts and they did a great job even though I was not impressed by the professionalism of the sales people. I had even recommended them to other people. We asked for a quote to have the same services done and the quote was double what we had paid only two years before. The only reason we were given for the huge price increase was they purchased a new fleet of vehicles. When trying to understand the difference in price, we were belittled by the sales person (Brad) for haggling over “such a small job.” When we told him we were hiring a different company with more competitive pricing, he told us that they should come do a quality inspection afterwards. We declined and were again belittled because we chose to book with a different company. Zerorez (who did a much better job for 25% less with 1000% better customer interactions) All sales communication was done with Hyper via text which was annoying and unprofessional. When called out on his rude behavior, Brad insisted there is no perceived tone via text message.

Edit: added a text to show this company thinks its funny to treat customers in an unprofessional manner. When this place is under new management someone please let me know. Thanks Whoever I had the unpleasant pleasure of speaking on the phone with was very rude. The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and talked down on me. After the phone call which I clearly wasn't happy in they sent me this text. I've posted the photos of my my reply. They tried to classify the arrogance as 'boldness. As a customer, I don't appreciate being talked down to. I do have the funds, however I am trying to save a bit of money since I am paying for quite a few services to get my home ready for renters. Even if I shop around and decided HYPER was the best, their poor customer service has turned me away from ever wanting to give them my business. I filtered through the lower ratings and saw similar things being said about rudeness. I have had many services done to my house and NONE have treated me this poorly.

Be very careful using this company. The customer service is beyond deplorable and if I could give a Z rating I would. At this point I am filing a formal complaint with the Missouri Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. The owner Mitchell is not honest and very pushy for sales. Be very careful!!

If I could rate this company lower than a 1 star I would. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpet cleaned in the apartment that I was moving out of. The appointment was scheduled via text. At that point I explained the service that I needed and was told it would be an extra charge for the equipment that was needed to clean an apartment. When Brandon showed up to the apartment, he explained to me that he did not have the equipment to reach my unit. This left me in a terrible bind because I have already moved out of the apartment and am on a very tight timeline to have this service done because I am in the army and have other commitments. Terry, who I assume co-owns the company, did not seem to be very empathetic to the situation that her company put me in. Brandon however was very friendly, apologetic, and was able to schedule another company who could complete the service that same day. The problem is they are more expensive and because I no longer live here, I have to sit in an empty apartment and wait hours for this other company to come. The service that Hyper offers may be great however their customer service is far lacking! Thank you Hyper for taking the very little time that I have left to spend with my family away from me waiting to get my carpet cleaned!

I was contemplating having a couple rooms cleaned because of a few stains present when we moved in. HYPER’s Facebook ad came across my newsfeed, I decided to reach out. I scheduled before the holidays but our calendars didn’t sync up until today, January 2nd, for the appointment. I was quoted $99. The Facebook post advertised 3 rooms and a hall for $99 so I was confused why two rooms were the same price. I was told the three-room special didn’t include deodorizer or protectant. Ok. We scheduled for 9am and the job details stated the tech, Mitchell, would arrive between 9 and 11am. HYPER was great about communicating the job details and confirming ahead of time via email and text message. I even got a text this morning around 8am that the tech was en-route. Mitchell arrived promptly; just about 9am. I showed him our office, just inside the front door, and said the second room to be cleaned was directly above it, both have been cleared of furniture. Here’s where our experience went sour. Mitchell asked if we wanted to do the stairs as well. We weren’t planning on it so I said not if it costs extra. He advised it was in our best interest to do the stairs because the hoses would dirty the carpet when he cleaned the room upstairs. Never having had carpets cleaned before, I was kind of surprised – didn’t they have any protective sheeting or something to shield the carpet they weren’t hired to clean? I asked – he told us no. I already had the check made out for $99 so I asked what it’d cost to do the stairs as we weren’t informed about this when we were quoted. Mitchell’s words were “It’d be $129.” My husband and I interpreted this two different ways; I assumed he meant $129 for the job total, but after he left my husband said he was under the impression it’d be $129 additional. I felt scammed and deceived. Here the tech is ready to do the job but is telling us he’ll leave the stairs a mess if we didn’t add them on right then and there. Price wasn’t the issue, but being put on the spot was – as a matter of principle. I was totally put off. I said “I think we’ll just cancel the job then.” Mitchell - without saying a word - turned and left. My husband and I looked at each other, stunned. We both said “that was rude.” What did I expect? He could have said something like “ok, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Have a nice day.” Or maybe “Would you still like me to do the first floor room?” (we would have said yes). He didn’t say anything; just opened the door and left. I immediately called their office. I spoke to a very nice woman who told us stairs were indeed extra – an extra $50. I told her I felt deceived and she apologized, she didn’t realized our stairs were carpeted when she quoted us. Fair enough, an honest mistake, they weren’t trying to scam us. I went on to tell her about Mitchell’s rude behavior, I explained I didn’t fault them for the misunderstanding while quoting but I’d be leaving a negative review based on our experience with Mitchell. She said she’d talk to him and offered to make it right by sending their other tech out later in the week to complete the job and she’d throw in the stairs for free. I was satisfied with this remedy. She went ahead and scheduled the job. Fifteen minutes later, I get a call - from Mitchell… Honestly, after having just given negative feedback on him, I felt threatened when he suddenly called so I don’t remember the conversation word for word. It was along the lines of “Hello, this is Mitchell from HYPER. [the other tech] won’t be coming. The job has been cancelled. We wish you the best and have a happy new year.” I was surprised, to say the least. I called their office back to verify and spoke to the same woman from earlier. She told me Mitchell IS ACTUALLY THE OWNER (!) so he had the authority to override her decisions and cancelled the job. My mouth dropped. I thought he was a renegade employee on the verge of quitting – he’s the owner?! I'm still in shock the owner, of all people, would exhibit such poor customer service. His rude exit was one thing, but calling me back personally to cancel felt vindictive. The woman clearly felt bad about the situation and I emphasized I didn’t fault HER at all but this situation was disappointing. This negative experience could have been avoided if he apologized for the miscommunication up front. We would have even proceeded with the service had he told us $129 was a discounted rate due to the misunderstanding.

22 year old carpet was brought back to life! Very professional. Arrived at given time. Brandon L was our technician and was very courteous. Thanks Brandon. Carpets were dried fully in about 8 hours. The rooms smell so much better and they were not overly soaked with water/cleaning solution. They keep you up to date with email/text reminders. Debit or Credit are the only form of payment. No checks. We highly recommend this company!!!!

I use this company regularly on my various rental property's (higher end rentals $1300-1500/month). Hyper does carpet, tile/grout, stone, ductwork, exterior siding, residential & commercial. Mitch the owner tells me if he can't clean it, it can't be cleaned and he has not disappointed me yet - very professional, prompt and courteous - good company!!
Description of Work: Cleaned house carpet and kitchen tile/grout at one of my rentals, he also restained the grout color as it was becoming discolored from wear and tear.

This was an excellent experience. Mitch and Cameron were so easy to work with, polite, prompt, reasonably priced, and they did a great job on our carpets. I also loved the automation of their scheduling etc. You will receive a text with the appointment confirmation, a reminder, electronic receipts, and a notification when they are on their way. They definitely go out of their way to be sure you have a positive experience. I will definitely use them again.
