+ -1 moreI called several times and left a message to make the contact but I never received a response. I would never engage a service provider that demonstrated this degree of difficulty to connect with. Unresponsiveness up front means he's either too busy for new clients or simply unresponsive.
Description of Work: Was unable to make a connection with this provider. Failed to return my phone calls.

+ -1 moreHoward is great! His sense of what WE wanted was amazing. He can almost see into your mind. He is as good with interior design of space as he is with exterior aesthetics. You will not be disappointed!
Description of Work: Howard has done several projects for myself and my family. Two gut-remodels and one new home.
