+ -1 moreWe tried to refinance our interest only mortgage through Homestead. After submitting all the paperwork and signing all the papers there was no more contact from the companies agent for weeks, in spite of leaving several requests for a return call. In the end, after wasting two months, it was determined that Homestead could not secure refinancing for us. The fact that they did not secure financing for us is not what prompts this low grade, rather it is the timidity of the agent to apprise us of the progress or lack of that is really disappointing.
Description of Work: Attempted to refinance interest only mortgage. Submitted all required paperwork.
