He arrived on time, was very courteous, and gave us a lot of useful information. I had some specific ideas of what I wanted done, and he pointed out why some of ideas were not the best way to go. He told us he was not the right person for the job we wanted. I appreciated his expert advice. He didn't try to rush out the door once he decided he wasn't for us, but took the time to explain why he wasn't a good match for us. I got the feeling he cares about his work and if takes on a job, he wants it to be just right. I think I will contact him again if we have another job in the house. By the way, his address is listed as Amherst Avenue in the list, but he's moved to St. Charles.
