They came out when they said they were going to come out and set traps for the squirrels. They are still charging my credit card, and they have not followed up with checking the traps or myself. They have never contacted the tenants about when they checked the traps. There was a bird trapped in one of the traps for a few weeks before someone came out and checked the traps. My tenants still hear the squirrels, and I am going to discontinue using their service. They did not follow up on anything.

They are great. I am always pleased with them. Consistently i get the same person which is nice. They are also very professional.

They are always prompt and always wear shoes in my house. They are very thorough. He was able to catch termites for me before it got bad. I have them every 4-5 months.

Moles were tearing up the yard. It was more than I could handle. The technician arrived on the date and within the timeframe expected. Sam inspected the yard and set 13 traps. Before sunset that evening, one trap tripped. Sam returned weekly to examine the traps. Three moles - 2 adults and 1 baby - were killed the first week, and 1 during a subsequent week. Breakdown of cost: Contract for services Oct 2011 thru 12/31/2012 = $275 Each mole trapped = $79 .

I had friends who used them for years. I liked their suggestions too. I liked that they sprayed for termites. They were not pushy either and I liked that. They seem to know what they are doing.

They are knowledgeable. They come whenever they are scheduled to come. They are polite and clean. They have a great office as far as calling and getting information and finding out what. We haven’t compared their prices.

I called Holper's because a real estate client of mine is terrified of rodents and was moving into a new home. She was not in St Louis at the time of the move and did not want to access the home if there was any sign at all of rodents. I was concerned that I would have a whole variety of expensive remedies suggested to me because my client was clearly in a huge panic about possible rodent infestation and I have prior experience of pest and critter companies who have taken advantage of people. I am delighted to report that the Holper's technician who met me at the house was very calm, well-organized, and had good suggestions. I did not feel pressured in any way to add on more, or extra services. My client is very happy with the work. The only reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness is because when I called to set the appointment the receptionist was not inclined to try and work with me on the necessity for a speedy response. However, Holper's came within approx. 4 days so it worked out fine.

They come every three or four months. They come on time and they are always polite and professional. They don’t make a mess and when they say they would be here at 9:30 they would be here at 9:30. They are prompt and we have never ever had a problem with them. They are just excellent.

It cost us $200. I had called them about ants. They actually had to make 2 visits. On the first visit they made, I wasn’t here. My brother was here. He showed them around and what needed to be done. They came back and set a price. As far as I knew, they were doing a good job. They did not do the job because I ended up seeing more ants. When I called them they said they just gave a price, so I was a little aggravated with that. It is why I had them come out again. They had to give me a price first to do the job. They seemed more interested in signing up for a contract than anything. They took care of the problem, and I don’t see any ants around. It was a big issue. I did not sign a further contract. They were right there when they said they would be. I would use them again in the future.

They are the best. They have been great. They are very responsive. They come out when they say they are going to come out. They are just really nice and professional. There has been no problem with pests.

Things went great – he came out and entered our house with booties…talked to us about the spiders we had seen and then told us about a conservative approach. He made me feel much better about the entire situation. So far we have been able to kill more spiders and are hopefully getting rid of the problem. We will be having them out soon to follow up.

The man from Holper's came on time and called in advance to say he was on his way. I liked that he put on boot covers to enter my home and he was a very nice man. Overall, I'd say it was a very pleasant experience and the bug issue I was having seems to have been taken care of. One thing I did not like was that the over all price to spray the house did NOT cover spraying a DEtached garage. Only an attached garage was covered by the price. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me but, oh well. I'm happy with their service and the performance of their technician.

Extremely poor. They never showed up for their appointment. I never received and a call as to why. Poor service. Do not use them.

They were very helpful and helped me setup the trap to prevent wolves from entering the campus. The traps also prevent my neighbor’s dog entering the basement. The trap is setup in such a way that, the animals are not hurt. They trap was to trap raccoons, too, which was seen in my yard, by my neighbors. There is always one person who services our house and he knows his job well. He also remembers what he did the last time. Mac is the person, who always services our house and he does an excellent job. I like his services and will use the same in future.

I was happy with the level of professionalism. I had used them before in the past when I had vacuumed an attic. They wanted to install outdoor trapping and poisoning. I already knew where the entrance was and from where they were coming in. I found a small hole in the basement. Therefore, I was doing indoor traps myself. Responsive; they were quick. I would use them again in the future.

We are under a contract with them. We have been using them for quite a few years. They are very good. We pay them for each spray when they come out and spray for bugs. We don't have any bugs now. We like them a lot.

Most recently they came out and sprayed for the upcoming season. They are always friendly and on time.

The treatment is very effective and I'm very pleased with their service. The price is very reasonable. They are very punctual. They are friendly and professional. They are very prompt and they share information with me.

Their solution has worked - the woodpecker has not bothered our home since.

The guy was great. He did exactly what I asked. I was a little concerned that he didn't use gloves when he used chemicals. They had said that the colony might move and they did. Holper's came back and treated it for free. They did a great job.

The young guy was very nice and he came out late in the day after listening to a mouse freaking out. Actually I had put in some vegetables in a sifter to drain and the mouse ate them. It was a healthy mouse. So I called them and they came out the first thing the next morning. I could not sleep that night. I had gone out and got two mice traps, I tried the old fashioned one first but it did not work but this one did catch one of them. So when he came I showed him from where, fortunately I knew, from where they were coming. They were coming from the basement up unto behind my stove in the kitchen. So what he did is, he went down into the basement and looked around thoroughly in that area and then placed traps and he also took one dead rat that fell into my trap. But he was thorough. He put traps all around the house in the yard also that they will not get into the house. He also put bait in their black boxes and placed them in the yard so that they will not get into the house. I know the fact that if there is one there are many. So they eat whatever they put in there and this heats them up and then they take off and they go into the wooden area. Though these are field mice but still it is a mouse, a rodent. This company comes quarterly. The first time they came out after three weeks and checked the traps. I don’t have to be here because they are all outside. It is $ 70 quarterly. If they catch the mice they will dispose them and put in clean up the traps and re-bait them. They were wonderful he explained mice to me. Actually I was told by another company that I used several years ago when I had the same problem that I could use steel wool and put that all around. This would hamper them because chicer that. I have come to find out after what this young man told me and after I did some research on the computer that this is not true. But some people do that. I had steel wool everywhere and this did not stop the mice. This Company has been wonderful and I can always tell when they have come because they leave a note. Beyond that, I can tell that they have checked the traps because they are all cleaned up and resituated. They are doing their job. They are continuing their work. They are very timely in coming back. It is nice that I don’t have to be here. For me they are outside. He is very professional. I am teacher and it is very difficult for me to give all good grades unless they are very good. I have a dog and they told me that I have to keep cleaning up after the dog which I do and he was telling me to do more frequently than ones a week because that is what one thing that disgustingly they feed on. That would call them into the house because they know there is dog food. I don’t take my dog food down. Now I have a plastic bin. He helped me and he gave a lot of information. I will keep using them. In fact probably when I get back in town and I am going to be stationary for a while I will call them and for a pest spray for bugs, not that I have seen any. I rather am proactive.

The representative from the company was on time and was careful not to bring dirt in the house by covering his shoes. He carefully inspected the basement and sprayed the entire house. He then went outside and offered us some solutions for our mole problem. I would definitely do business with them again.

It went well. I called and set up an appointment for about 2 weeks out. Paul came and sprayed. He showed concern for my dog - that she not lick where he sprayed. He sprayed where he could reach and one extra that I asked for. He explained that there was no guarantee since I wasn't spraying 4x/year, but that I shouldn't have problems.

When I first called, their computers were down, so it took about 24 hours to make the appointment, but the person on the phone was always polite and informative, and really made me feel like they appreciated our business. They gave me a time window between 9 and 11, and I think the technician must have been sitting outside waiting for 9, because the second the clock hit 9:01 our doorbell rang. I was in the middle of changing a diaper, our dogs were barking and crazy and he was cool as a cucumber. He heard us call the dogs, and talked to them by name even to help calm them down and helped get them outside. I've had service people with patience, but this was above and beyond. He was prompt, worked quickly and was in and out by 9:15. Couldn't ask for more, and will be calling again for regular service!! I'd recommend them to anyone.

The representative on the phone provided valuable information to why it didn't work when we placed bait, also how they got in to our pantry. Initial visit is FREE, comprehensive and professional. Pointed out exactly where we had potential entry points outside so we could fix. Recommended 6-8 "black boxes" to be placed @ $22 each, but was also willing to leave without charging me anything if I thought we could handle the problem ourselves.
