Description of Work: Although I have rodent stations outside the house, I saw mice in the basement. I had not seen them for years since Holper's installed the rodent stations. I called to have the mouse removed and requested a check of the exterior of my home to make sure there were no new avenues for mice to get in. The first technician did remove the trapped mouse. He did not check the exterior, saying he had checked it earlier in the spring. He said I would have to "get used" to having to remove mice or pay $155.00 for each removal. The next day, I found two more mice in traps. I called Holper's. I talked with Ken on the management team. I explained what happened. He said that since I was keeping up with the stations, there would be no cost to remove the mice. I had to wait two days since there were no available technicians. The technician found two openings. He secured them. He removed a bird's nest from a vent that had popped open. He removed the two mice. So far, there have been no more mice. I found two

Description of Work: We had squirrels in our chimney. Holper Pest Control set traps, but did not catch anything. However, we did not hear the squirrels anymore after they set the trap. They came out after a week of no activity and sealed up the chimney (it is unusable) per our request. We have no problems since.
