I love them. They people are very nice. They put their booties on before they come in my house. They are honest, clean-cut, and friendly.

I mentioned this to them by phone and to the gentleman setting the traps. There are still squirrel noises. All they are doing is coming out to look at the traps. We had a man to fix the guttering and he reset the traps while he was up there. He said both traps were sprung, so even if a squirrel were still there he would be able to get in and out of the traps. When he started hammering on the guttering, a squirrel ran out from a hole on the roof. I called this company yesterday about this and about the fact that I saw a free squirrel on the roof. I don't think they are doing their job. They are supposed to be coming out once or twice a week to check the traps. An update to my previous feedback- George satisfied my complaint.

While they did catch 'some' of the squirrels, the squirrels were caught in a snap trap which kills them. The dead squirrels were then left hanging from the roof from one afternoon until later the next morning - or whenever they felt like coming to get them. This was embarrassing- to have dead squirrels hanging from your roof. We live in a very walker-friendly neighborhood and got some really awful looks from our neighbors. I found their response time to be absolutely unacceptable and I felt that they were just trying to get money out of us as opposed to actually fixing our problem. I was very dissatisfied.

We had some termite damage; little buggers were thriving, and they took care of it promptly. They came out pretty quickly, and they were very efficient. Their customer service was very nice, and they were easy to deal with. We are very satisfied with their work.

Steve arrived right on time, came in and put on booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track any dirt in the house. He sprayed the entire interior and the garage with liquid and then went outside and put spray on the concrete areas and granular on the dirt areas. He was very professional and gave us an in-depth verbal report on what he was doing, how long it would last, how it would affect the ants and also the spiders that we had in our garage. He recommended we get the house sprayed in the Spring when it gets warm and also that since we are on a slab, we should have a termite inspection once a year to be sure we didn't develop a problem.

They set traps and caught a couple of squirrels and removed them. Holpers was much less expensive then the other providers I called. They were prompt and showed up on time.

I called in the afternoon about a wasps nest outside the window of a 2nd floor bedroom under a dormant. They were able to send someone over later in the afternoon. He arrived when he said he would, was careful to place his ladder on the house not near a window. He sprayed the nest, knocked it down then sprayed again to make sure he got them all. They were very prompt and did a job my normal exterminators would not do, in fact they recommended I call Holper's.

They are very professional. They do the annual termite inspection for 65 which is very reasonable. Other companies with "free termite inspections" don't want to spend a lot of time looking in your basement drop down ceiling, etc.

Like always it went very well. The workers (this time the main worker and an "apprentice") showed up on time, were friendly, covered their shoes in protective paper shoes (to not bring in the dirt from the outside) and started their work. It is always the same worker who comes, so he knows what to do. I am very satisfied with the results (considerable reduction of spiders in the house).

The receptionist was quite friendly and set up an appointment right away. Todd came out and set a trap for the squirrel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. To date the squirrel has not returned. The charge was actually less than what was quoted on the phone. There is an additional charge of $35 for each squirrel trapped.

Very slick in presentation and professional and efficient. I initially thought they were too expensive for the series of treatments that they recommended. But after having other exterminators come to the house, I think they are a better value than I initially thought.

We hired company on the 26th of June to help us with mole problem. The company charges fee of $175 annually for the contract. When they catch a mole, there is additional fee of $65. The first technician trapped a mole within a week. He reset the traps, and caught another mole two weeks later. That was the 27th of July. Since then, we have had two other technicians. On the 9th of August they came and picked up all the traps, left a report indicating if we had any mole activity, we should call. We called immediately, because we still had mole activity and could not understand why the traps were all pulled. August 22nd, the traps were reset. It is now October 12th, and no additional moles have been caught. There continues to be extreme mole activity. The contract states: We guarantee that as long as you have fresh activity in your yard, we will continue to set traps. They have not serviced the traps since August 22nd. They are refunding our $175., but I would not rehire them.

Holper's was just fantastic; they arrived as soon as possible and with all of the equipment they needed for the job. They were friendly and very skilled at this sort of thing and I was grateful to them for their help.

They are professional, prompt, and finish in a timely manner. Their products really work. I haven't seen a bug since I started having them come and spray. I would refer this company to others. I don't have a contract with them, so I just pay when they come.

What I liked the most about them was the fact that the guy who came to do the work was very professional and also the fact that he really seemed to know what he was doing.

I had a lot of damage from moles in my yard, so it was important to find a company that could take care of the problem. They do a good job and it seems to be working. I would like them to come back routinely, rather than waiting for my call, but they do always respond promptly.

They always come to my home at the scheduled time. They are very cordial and answer any questions that I might have. I have tried other larger companies in the past but I think the customer service and quality of work is much better with Holpers.

The receptionist was professional and friendly when I called, and she tried to get someone to come that same day, calling me back to let me know that she wasn't able to get them that day, but that they could come first thing in the morning. They came the next morning, arrived promptly, were professional, polite, and friendly. The worker identified the flying insects as locust-killer wasps, told us about them, and sprayed the two holes, though one seemed inactive. He walked around the perimeter of the house checking for other nests, and finding none, completed his work. They provide a 30 day warranty on the work . . . if they come back, they'll come respray for free.

Although I did not decide to go with their company, they were very professional and prompt during their free evaluation of my home. Their price was comparable to others.

Making the appointment was quick and easy, and an appointment was available right away. On the appointment date, the technician arrived early and stayed for approximately 2.5 hours, working consistently during that time. He removed damaged wood in garage area, pointed out the area, and suggested getting it replaced. I would have liked to have had a better understanding of the process overall, but I trusted that he knew what he was doing.

The nest was large and we didn't know how to take care of it without risking getting stung. Many kids play in the back yard. This company was very responsive and successfully removed the nest and took it away. What a relief!

Paul, the technician, was very pleasant and informative to work with. He was also highly skilled and effective in doing this work. The cost was explained up front, and I consider it to be a fair value for the work done. I will hire Holper's again for any other pest control job and can enthusiastically recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Again, the employees are very pleasant. I think the first encounter in this case was rushed and it also appeared that the technician may have run out of his chemical supplies before checking the rest of my yard. If I had called a third time, they doubtless would have followed up, and I believe that is at no additional charge, which is nice.

$600 CHEAPER THAN OTHER ESTIMATE. I LIKE THE SYSTEM THEY USED BETTER THAN OTHER OPTIONS PRESENTED. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, EASY GOING, VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
