Installed ceiling light fixtures. On time and completed in about an hour for quoted amount.

I requested an estimate online through Angi and Better Business Bureau and was contacted the same day by Hoffman Brothers. They set up an appointment for a free estimate next business day. Hoffman Brothers contacted me before they came . The electrician arrived on time and listened to what problems I was having. To my surprise he not only diagnosed the short in my system and gave me a reasonable quote, he indicated he could fix it there and then. I gave him the go ahead, and had the parts necessary in his truck. He did a great job quickly on the spot and I didnâ t have to wait for an estimate and set up a later appointment. He even looked at another need I had not in the estimate. I recommend this company highly as they do clean fast work at a reasonable price.

I paid $139 for a **free** estimate. The serviceman came on time and was neat and professional. He spent about 5 minutes looking at but never touching my water heater, then excused himself and went back to his truck for about 30 minutes. He reappeared with 5 separate estimates ranging from about $200 to do the 5-10 minute procedure (as shown on Utube) to verify what he guessed was the problem to over $2,000 to replace the water heater which probably was not necessary. They did inform me when I made the appointment that there would be a $139 charge and I agreed. They did not tell me that anything they actually did would cost more and they did not explain why the cost was more than the $89 fee advertised on their website.

I liked how the company called to update me on the arrival of the electrician. He was on time, professional and got the work done quickly. He listened to my issues and offered several solutions.

Good at first then way overcharge for a garbage install and two toliot inside insatalls over 1000.00 and I call them the don't care bad.
