HIBDON HARDWOOD INC

I was at my wits end. I had just had a horrible experience at St. Charles Hardwood, the review of which you can read by looking at my reviews, and was certain I was not going to find what I needed in St. Louis. then I started emailing with Jerry from Hibdon Hardwood. He was incredible. He had an incredible knowledge of the various wood species that I was interested in (even to the point of knowing the political changes of the areas they were farmed in and how that would effect cost) and was an amazing resource. He took photos of the woods in his shop and was very quick to respond when I had questions. He even managed to save me quite a bit of money. I told him my requirements and I sent him the plans. He took one look and pointed out that I had made an error and saved me almost $900!! Talk about an honest businessman. Then, as we moved forward, he found even more ways to save me money. This is a business with the customer in mind and not the bottom line. And as such, they will continue to get my business. Thank you very much Hibdon Hardwoods. The only downside is no weekend hours and they close at 4:00...makes it hard for a hobbyist like myself to get downtown to see them.
