+ -1 moreMike did the work in a timely fashion; he was considerate; and he answered all my questions about the process and what goes into his assessment. He also explained why the SRA after his name matters. The report was very complete and I learned a lot by reading it. I think the appraisal was a very fair assessment based on reading all the calculations, considerations, and comparisons that went into it.
Description of Work: Appraised a house so one half of the family could buy-out the other half.
