During a complete deck rebuild in the backyard, we discovered a rusted and broken electrical raceway/conduit. The connecting conduit was attached to the deck, so it had to be removed. Timing was a serious issue because the ground area where the raceway penetrated the old concrete under the deck would only be exposed for a couple days over the weekend. I called Hendersons Electrical because their address was listed as only a few blocks away. Maurice Henderson, one of company owners, answered my telephone call on Friday afternoon and came out to examine the project within a few hours. He provided a quote later that evening by email. I accepted the quote and he came to my house on Saturday to do the initial repair to the damaged raceway and installed a stub to protect the wiring during deck construction. Once the deck work was complete, he came over (again the same day I called and informed him the deck work was finished) and installed the additional raceway to connect the new stub to the house and reconnected the garage power. He provided all parts and labor including two site visits for $320, which I thought was very reasonable. Mr. Henderson was very professional and very personable. He was a pleasure to work with and I plan to bring him back to install outlets, lights and a ceiling fan on the newly completed deck.

this job went extremely well. this a small family owned business operated by brothers who are very knowledgeable about electrical work. they were pleasant, timely and efficient. they took care of everything without a problem. i am a new home owner with no electrical experience. one day my power went out on one side of my house. i didnt know what was going on. all i could think was more money, more money, more money! so i called mr. henderson. he came over immediately with all of his equipment and and all he had to was just flip a switch - no charge. he explained that when there is a power surge the switch will flip as a protection. now if my power goes out - i can flip my own switch. i would definately use the henderson brothers again. i was very pleased.
