after several attempts to schedule and appointment, and not receiving the promised call back, i finally got a hold of someone to make the appointment. on the day of, i received a phone call in the morning stating that the van broke down, but was being repaired and would receive a phone call with an eta later in the after noon. that did not happen. the next day, they still didn't call me. i had to call them. got a second appointment. 3 hours after my appointment time, i called them to find out what was going on. i was told that the van broke down again. when questioned as to why i was not called to be notified of this, the secretary became rude. she told me that she would call me if the van got fixed and they were on their way. i told her i wanted a call back with any update. 3 hours later, i still did not receive a phone call. when asked for an update, i was told to wait. she told me that we should schedule another appointment. i then informed her that i didn't trust that they would show up a 3rd time, and i was tired of waiting, and if my carpets didn't get cleaned today, i would get my money back as well as make reviews about the company on various sites. that's when she got really nasty. very unprofessional. i will not ever go to this company for anything.
