Mr. Hampel was very accommodating and professional. The work was completed well and quickly.

Steve arrived at the agreed upon time and went to work. He analysised the situation where the leak appeared, proximity to pipes in basement and location of sink. He carefully cut an access panel in the back of the kitchen cabinet to access the leaky pipe. He resolved the leak quickly. We have used Hampel Plumbing in the past and will again in the future.

Reviewed plumbing problem within 3 days of call (it wasn't urgent) and offered two options for repair. Returned as scheduled and completed work on time and within estimate offered on first visit. Efficient, really nice, professional and very knowledgeable.

Hampel Plumbing has done a skillful job. They are the best.

Best price and quick response. Dug up floor without damaging the newly finished area of basement, hauled out years of years of "mess" and repaired the whole thing without any stress or complication, even thought of a fix for the drain for the HVAC ( seperate problem) and added some drains for the unit while the floor was out with no charge. Pleasure to be around while in our house and left no mess at all

The installation went ok, I've had some leaks but it won't do it when he is there. Hot water install was fine. I called him twice in Dec for plumbing repair, left a message & he didn't call me back. Very unprofessional, if your busy & don't want the work, have the courtesy to return a phone call. He didn't have a problem taking my money when he needed work, so at least call back. The owner is quite chatty & he will tell you he is the best, I did not see that.

They were really good. Out of all of the people we used they were probably the best. The owner, Steve, was really good when we had questions. He got back to us very quickly. There were a couple things we needed him to come back for and no questions asked he came back. He was very friendly and accommodating and just a super nice guy. His quality of work and his work ethic was great.

Their price was $50 lesser than the other bids we got. The price depends on the size of water heater and in our case they had to put in an expansion chamber because our old one was installed before those were required. They had a little extra job to do. They are very professional and were very careful not to make a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They don't advertise and go by the word of mouth and still have good business.
