It took me over a month with several phone calls and one email before I finally talked to them. He did come out on the day we scheduled at the scheduled time in late September 2011. He was here for 1 - 1.5 hours going over my wish list. I explained I wanted the front courtyard enclosed asap. He did provide some good ideas/suggestions. I felt good about the visit. He stated it would take about 3 weeks for an estimate. He sent me an email on October 10, 2011 with 2 pictures to show his work but no messages or attachments and that was the last time I heard from him or anyone in his company. He was recommended by my neighbor who now tells me to forget him and get another contractor. I was really disappointed because I thought I had found someone who I could count on and would do a good job; only now I have to start looking again because no response. My wish list had several items big and small, if he didn't want to do them, he could have told me and provided an estimate for those jobs he wanted to do. Overall, the company may do great work but without an estimate and communications, I will never know.

Hall's Home Services did a fantastic job and I would hire them again. This was a difficult job with tough deadlines (we had a baby due and no working shower) and problematic insurance company involvement. Jody predicted the (hidden) problem correctly and did not run over his initial quotes of time or cost. Jody kept in good communication with us throughout the job and his team was always on time, friendly, and hard working. They kept our house as clean as possible during the project and we are very happy with our new bathroom. We have no complaints and would definitely hire them again.

JODY IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ALL THE RANDOM THINGS A REMODELER SHOULD KNOW. HE WAS THE BEST PRICE & VALUE COMBINATION WE FOUND AFTER INTERVIEWING AT LEAST 5 CONTRACTORS/REMODELING BUSINESS REPS FOR THE JOB. OVERALL THE WORK HE AND HIS CREW PERFORMED WAS DECENT. MY BIGGEST FRUSTRATION, AND THIS IS A BIG ONE, WAS HIS TIME ESTIMATES AS TO WHEN THE JOB, OR CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE JOB, WILL BE COMPLETE. I'M NOT SURE IF HE'S NAIVELY OPTIMISTIC OR JUST TRYING TO APPEASE CUSTOMERS, BUT IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING TO BE MISLED ABOUT WHEN SOMETHING WILL BE DONE.
