Hagan Renovation

I found Mr. Hagan and his employees to be friendly, professional and prompt. There was not foul language, disputes or debris such as cigarette butts. Almost all of other work entailed in the job was very well done. I did end up with one racked window and a few windows that were not properly seated to the interior sill. I am working with Marvin Windows on the resolution and that episode is not yet completed. I would NOT use Hagan again but would insist upon closer supervision of the process. Subsequent to writing the earlier statement, more deficiencies were found in the installer's work causing me to down-grade my earlier rating and would not use them again.

The experience was outstanding. The owner, Brad, made sure my husband and I were happy with the quality of the work and clean up every day and during each step of the project. The timeline and budget were both met and he worked around our family lifestyle as we had the work done over the holidays and have young children. We ran into some problems in our older home with asbestos tile, and Brad made sure that it was handled in the most appropriate, safe and economical way. When he had to contract some of that work out, he treated the work as his own as he oversaw each step for thoroughness and clean up. All of the work was completed above our expectations; every step and option was well laid out. Even designing the closet shelves, we had many options and prices to pick from. Brad takes great pride the work his company does and treats everything as if he were going to live there. Communication and quality of work are the best with this company!
