Excellent! Polite, knowlegeable, talented, honest, hardworking, punctual. the only reason I gave a B on professionalism is that he just answers the phone w/out saying the name of the company. If I could rate things my own way I'd give him a B+ for that and A+s for everything else. I plan to use him for other jobs and would recommend him.

Overall, it was a great experience! They did what they said they would do, arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. And the price was reasonable.

Roger was very helpful when explaining how he could fix our fence in addition to answering questions about costs for replacing it. We decided to go with repairing rather than replacing and are very happy with the result. The fence is now straight and looks much better.

Roger came out when I called and told me that he would have to replace the section due to the amount of damage. I also asked him about my gate which never closed correctly and when it was closed there was a 10 inch gap at the bottom. He fixed the gate while we were talking and before I even hired him for the job. After the rain held up for a few days Roger came out and replaced the section and straightened the pole that holds the gate. He added cement to make it stand up straight. The 23 year old fence looked good as new.

Overall, it was a great experience! They did what they said they would do, arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. And the price was reasonable. What a breath of fresh air!

They were the best price. Easy to work wth and fun. They explained everyhing before they did. They fence for my dogs and they loved my dogs.

Roger and his wife were extremely responsive! I called one morning and Roger came out that afternoon. The next morning Roger explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I accepted the bid and the posts were installed the next day. The fencing itself was installed a couple days later and when I came home from work there was no mess left behind. I am very happy with the quality and the professionalism of the job.

It went very well and we were satisfied with the results. His price was much cheaper than some of the better known fencing companies, and chain link prices have gone up a lot in the past years.

Roger and his wife, Linda, were responsive, prompt and courteous and did an exemplary job on the fencing. Roger was kind enough to redo the holes for the fence posts after our local inspector asked that they be deeper, and took the time to cover the holes prior to the inspection when rain entered the forecast. He did a great job tying in to the neighbors' fences on either side, too. I am very happy with the way the fence looks and the speed with which he installed it!

Couldn't have gone better! Called the office early Friday afternoon; received call back about 3 hours later. Set up appointment for free estimate for 11am the next day (Saturday). Was ON TIME for the appointment, was very down-to-earth, and very informative about what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). Called later that afternoon with the estimate ($350.00) and we told him to go ahead with the work. He said we didn't have to be there when he did the work and that he'd be out sometime that week. Monday night we got home from work and IT WAS DONE! There was a bill and note stuck in the door telling us to look it over to make sure it was how we wanted it. It looks beautiful! The posts in the ground didn't need to be replaced, but they were shabby looking, so he used some metal covering over them to extend the 4 foot post to a 5 foot post. Replaced crossbar and replaced the entire length of fencing. It's beautiful and we are thrilled with the work and with Roger. He also followed up with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon to make sure we had taken time to look the fence over and to make sure it was what we wanted and if there were any problems. He told us if anything wasn't right to call him and he'd come right out and fix it. He was very friendly, considerate, polite, and cleaned up the entire area where he worked (Better than it looked before he was there!). :)Would definitely recommend to ANYONE looking for this sort of work.

It went very well. Provided an estimate in a timely manner and came out to start the work soon after. Roger was easy to work with and always arrived to do the work when he said he would. There was one delay when the city inspector requested that the fence post holes be dug a bit deeper. Roger followed up on this quickly and came out on the fourth of July to dig the holes deeper. Very reliable. Very hardworking. The fencing looks great.

The Hurley's arrived on time, gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot, and scheduled a time to return to do the work. He started the job earlier than expected. One fence post had to be removed and replaced. He saved me some money by recommending that I should not replace the top bar, but bend it back into shape. Finally, two additional posts had to be dug and a gate installed. The work was done very well and in a timely manner.

Mr Hurley came immediately for an estimate and after I called him back, he returned and did the work well. Some months passed in between first and second estimates so the material/price went up but was reasonable. There was a short delay waiting for material delivery but also reasonable.

Roger came out promptly and submitted his estimate. The estimate was reasonable. We agreed on a date for the work to be done. He showed up, did the work and cleaned up afterward. I would hire him again.

The gate had been badly hit and was in poor condition. The posts were somewhat straightened out and probably a new gate is needed asap. It seemed a bit pricey and I would have preferred to have the advice and price on a whole new gate as the final fixing of the gate was really not so great.

The response time of H & H from the time I called to request an estimate to the time they provided the estimate was excellent. And, once I decided to proceed, H & H set a date and was there on that date. They provided quality customer service and quality work! And the price was right!

Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, did an excellent job - the section of fence was pretty bent by a large limb, but after his repair, you could hardly see the area had been damaged.

Mr. & Mrs. Hurley responded within a week to my request for an estimate, which was much lower than the other bid I received of $1,380. I wanted a black chain link fence, and Mr. Hurley suggested that he paint the posts black rather than using vinyl-covered black posts, which would make them easier to touch up with paint, a good idea for an alley fence. The fence was installed over two Saturdays (the first to set the posts, the second to install the fencing and gates). The fence is quite attractive. Mr. Hurley even remembered that I wanted the fence to create a more secure space for a new puppy, so he made sure the chain link was low to the ground. Although the job took longer than Mr. Hurley expected, he kept to his original estimate for the work. It was a good experience to work directly with the company's owner rather than with a salesman and hired installers.

HIS SUGGESTIONS OF MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORIGINAL PLAN WERE VERY HELPFUL. HE WILLINGLY PROVIDED REFERENCES AND EXAMPLES OF HIS WORK TO SEE. THE HURLEY'S WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND THE WEATHER AND INSTALLED THE FENCING AND GATE AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS. I RECOMMEND H&H FENCING FOR THEIR SERVICE AND VALUE.
