They were very prompt with coming out to do the estimate once I called them. They came to do the estimate while we were at work, which was fine. We received their bid with in about 7-10 days. Their price was good, but we chose not to use them because of negative reports from both Angie's List and the BBB.
Description of Work: Completely replace all gutters, soffit, fascia, and downspouts.

ONCE THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO SET UP A DATE TO DO THE WORK. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS WHICH WAS STREWN ON THE PATIO AND DRIVEWAY. WHEN I CALLED (TWICE) TO HAVE THEM COME AND CLEAN UP, THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE. THEY GAVE ME DATES AND THEN DIDN'T SHOW UP. I EVENTUALLY CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS MYSELF, BECAUSE I WAS TRACKING IT INTO THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: CLEANED AND REPAIRED EXISTING GUTTERS.
