His contacts not only include sub contractors and suppliers but also architectural, engineering and project management resources. Mark lives in Kirkwood where both of his sons graduated from Kirkwood High. About the Work Grumke Construction LLC provides construction, remodeling and repair for both residential and commercial customers. As a general contractor we are able to handle all sizes of projects and can respond quickly to meet our customers’ needs. Licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC craftsmen are always available to ensure that proper installation and repairs are performed and that all code requirements are met. Skilled carpenters and general repairmen are also available as needed to keep projects within budget and finished on time.

12/10/2010 - Prompt, clean, professional. We're thrilled and will have Grumke Construction back to remove the tub/shower tile and replace with stone. 6/10/2011 - Gotta say, Mark is a pleasure to work with, especially when unforeseen items come up and need to be worked through. Mark's subs were also timely. thorough and professional. No swearing, smoking or litter. Being out of your kitchen is a real strain and Mark made it as pleasant as possible.
Description of Work: 12/10/2010 - $600 - Replaced old bathroom flooring and cove base with stone tiles and stone cove base. 6/10/2011 - $35,000 - Complete kitchen remodel. Gotta say, Mark is a pleasure to work with, especially when unforeseen items come up and need to be worked through. Mark's subs were also timely. thorough and professional. No swearing, smoking or litter. Being out of your kitchen is a real strain and Mark made it as pleasant as possible.
