If I could give a negative star rating I would. I am not a person to give negative reviews, I always try to be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. But they are awful. If you have Grier Group now, get rid of them. If you are thinking about using them, don’t, run away. Think of the worst possible property management experience possible then multiply that by 100. I have a simple job of having someone come out and remove graffiti off a retaining wall. I have been calling for 2 months and they always have a new excuse. I pay them 1800 a year for nothing. Stay away, I cannot emphasize that enough.

Apparently this is a family owned and operated business. An obvious downside, can't fire the bad help. They have their assets and liabilities. Their assets Richard and Pam. Liabilities, Jessica screens calls so you can't reach Richard. Jason just plain unresponsive. Looking for a Management Group for your Condo Association. I recommend CBRE Richard Ellis. They are extremely professional and respond to even the most minute issue within 10 minutes. They are always professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Work not performed. Advice to all Condo Association Board members. Be very careful when selecting a Management Group to manage your fees and property. Speak directly with persons who have lived and worked with a company before signing a contract.
