I got the off of Angie's List. I think their customer service is outstanding. The people who I set up the appointment with, who came out the first time round, have been really helpful with any questions or concerns. They always follow up on anything, and so I think that goes above and beyond. I think their price is very reasonable, and they clean our house every 2 weeks.

Honestly, the initial visit by Green Angel was inconsistent. Some parts of the house were very clean, and some were not. It seemed like the crew started on the top floor and lost energy as they went down. The and quot;Cand quot; rating that I gave for quality is because of this initial cleaning. Stacey called to follow-up, and we explained the inconsistency problem. Right away, she set up a time for someone to come back for free, and do whatever we thought needed to be redone. I feel terrible that I can't remember the name of the lady who came back to re-clean, but I believe she is the office manager. She did a lovely job. She was pleasant, professional and friendly, and even re-cleaned things that we hadn't asked her to do. She and Stacey both clearly felt bad about the fact that it wasn't up to standard the first time, and they made it right. Because of that, we have signed up for monthly cleanings with Green Angel. People make mistakes, but I have no problem with that, as long as they are made right. If I could give a separate and quot;Aand quot; rating for the re-clean, I would. Thanks for your professionalism, Green Angel!

Stacey was able to fit us in our schedule at the last minute with just a few days notice. The crew arrived on time and we were very pleased with the results. We will definitely call them in the future to set up regular cleaning of our current home.

Green Angel cleaned my house for approximately two years. Every time they cleaned they left a score card. If they did well I scored them high, if there were problems I would mark the card accordingly. On a few occasions things did not go well, Stacey took care of it immediately and corrected the problem promptly. I give her business high marks because nobody is perfect all the time, when things didn't go well they were fixed without delay. I would definitely use her again.

Green Angel Cleaning Services are excellent. The owner and the employees are aware that I am on disability and I am on oxygen and they really work with me and inform me and the price is fair. They come out once a month because I only have 4 rooms. I highly recommend them because they do a thorough cleaning, they are polite and they use organic product. They even go as far as mailing my letters on their way back to their office. I had one minor issue with one of the employees last year, she had damaged a piece of an old furniture that I had and that was no big deal, but what she tried to do was pick up the piece that she damaged and hide it, I notified the owner straight away. I didn't want to be re-reimbursed for the damage, I just didn't like the fact that the supervisor that she had over here watching over the team did something like that and I told her that I never wanted to see her again. I do understand that things are going to happen but don't hide it from me and let me find it 3 hours after you leave. The owner was very cooperative and I told her the names of the employee and told her that I didn't ever want her in here.

They arrived on schedule to perform the work and Stacey even followed up with me afterwards telling me how well it had gone. Since I was not in town when the work was done I was not able to check it until two days later when we moved into the house. Initially I thought things looked okay, but when I started looking inside the cabinets, on the floor molding and the doors I found that almost nothing had been done. I literally had to clean inside of every cabinet and drawer before I could unpack. Considering that the house was empty, is only 2600 square feet and I paid $240 dollars I felt completely ripped off. I wouldn't think of having them back in my house nor could I recommend their service to anyone. In response to their reply: As noted I was not in town when the work was done and I could not check it until I was back two days later. Also, Stacey never asked if they could come back and redo what was missed and really didn't seem concerned at at all when I called her to advise how poorly the cleaning had been done. While I do think I am picky, I do not feel that leaving cabinets completely untouched when they were paid to clean them is 'too picky' Hopefully other Angie's List members will take heed and find someone that actually does what they are contracted to do. Since we have found a wonderful service that does an excellent job.

They are efficient when they clean. They clean 2500 square feet of my office in about 45 minutes. I will absolutely use them in the future.

I originally tried Green Angels Cleaning Services because they use cleaning product which are not harmful to the environment - they uphold my same values - I continue to use them because they do such an awesome job - every two week the ladies come - when they leave my house is spotless - it even smells clean - must be those green cleaning supplies. My husband and I work full time - we rely on Green Angels to help us with the house cleaning. We would recommend them to anyone - thanks, Ladies.

Stacy and another employee came over to clean my house prior to putting it on the market. They did a very thorough job, especially on the blinds and baseboards. Stacy spent a bit of time scrubbing caulk off of one shower that had been recently worked on. They were both very friendly and worked fast. I believe they actually spent more time here than estimated but did not charge me more than the original quote. Stacy was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely use the service again.

I spent more than 2 weeks trying to find a green cleaning company to do a deep clean/move-in clean for a house that we were purchasing. Either the companies wouldn't call me back or they wouldn't even consider doing a clean outside of their normal business hours (understandable but frustrating). Because of the timing of the closing, when we took possession, and when the movers were bringing our belongings from storage, the cleaning either had to be done after 5 pm or before 8 am. Stacey was the only person who would work with me on scheduling a time, and on her busiest of days...a Friday. She seemed to move mountains where others just simply said 'no.' Not only was she easy to work with but scheduled herself to work at 5:30 am and didn't give me a hard time about my crazy early morning anxiety-riddled text. The three women did a very good job cleaning. They were under a fairly rigid time constraint and were even able to clean the blinds. i'm not sure how Stacey did it, but the floors, that i had contemplated refinishing, gleamed. Not only did she save us a $1k on those floors but also kept us from adding more voc's to the environment. I am hoping to continue to use them on a monthly basis. They may be a bit more expensive than others but clearly Stacey stands behind what she does, is dedicated to working with her clients, and uses products that I'm not afraid to have my 9 month old son be around. I also greatly appreciated each worker wearing a company polo, it added to the professionalism.

i called green angel cleaning services on a sunday, and left a message that i needed a move-in clean on thursday afternoon--five days later. although stacy was unable to accommodate that particular afternoon, she called me back right away on monday morning and offered to refer me to another company which might have some availability for my schedule. she even contacted the other company for me. they were also unable to help, but stacy didn't give up. even though i wasn't her customer, and she had no obligation whatsoever to help me with my problem, she referred me to yet another cleaning company, calling them for me and confirming that they could come out to my new house the afternoon i needed help. i was very impressed with stacy's willingness to go above and beyond for someone for whom she had no reason to care. she had a busy week already, yet she was prompt and responsive and incredibly helpful. even though she wasn't able to fit me into her cleaning team's schedule this time, i would absolutely look up green angels next time i need a cleaning service.

They were very professional and they did a really good job. My overall experience with them was good.

I switched companies becuase I wasn't entirely happy with the work the other company was doing after using them for years. I actually find this company to be similar. I am staying with them because I prefer the more environmentally friendly products. I have been disappointed that twice they've broken something and didn't leave me a note about it, although they did apologize when I emailed the owner to let her know. Also I've already had to ask them specifically to clean the toilets more thoroughly (which seems to me to a basic part of house cleaning) and the last time one of the bathroom mirrors was visibly not cleaned. These are the same types of problesm I was having occasionally with the other company. It seems like this is just common with cleaning people. However, they staff are friendly with us and my children when we see them. I do like that they leave a postage prepaid comment card every time so we can provide feedback. And I do really like that my house does not stink of chemicals.

They were not the cheapest of the companies we got estimates from, but Stacy, the lady that came out to meet with us, seemed like the best fit for us.

The Green Angel folks were able to schedule a Saturday cleaning. It ended up costing more than I expected but for the most part they did a thorough job. They moved couches to clean behind them. There were some minor things I noticed after they left. They did seem to keep pretty busy most of the time. I'm still undecided as to whether I paid too much.

Shannon arrived at 8am with Stacey shortly afterward due to a client cancellation. I was absolutely astonished at the condition of the house when they finished. The beige porcelain tile kitchen floor hadn't looked this clean since it was installed. (They cleaned it on HANDS AND KNEES!! Who DOES that?) The house absolutely sparkled. They changed the sheets, did all the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned the baseboards, picture frames, made the kitchen sparkle, wiped window sills, etc, etc. Since they use "green products" and I have a lot of glass tops, I asked them to use windex on glass and a stainless steel cleaner on appliances and they obliged. Otherwise, they use their own products and rags. They do not use paper products to clean. I am absolutely thrilled with their service and hope to make them my regular housekeepers. The price was higher than I had anticipated, but Stacey told me she would charge $30/hour/person and this first cleaning took them each 3 hours. Return visits would be considerably less. They are highly recommended. Cheerful, energetic, and trustworthy. Petfriendly.

She gave a very reasonable estimate. She was very friendly and cordial. We were pleased with the estimate and the fact that they would be cleaning thoroughly. We have a positive attitude about the company.

Excellent job! The house was spotless including areas which we never get to when cleaning ourselves. We were very pleased with the services provided.

I think they're good. I had a cleaner that worked relatively independently, and I think she was more thorough and less pricey, but she was unreliable. She had personal issues getting in the way of her coming. I needed somebody to come more regularly. These people are a little less thorough, but they're reliable.
