Description of Work: They were nice to me but they scraped and scratched my Oak chest of drawers and laid my wraught iron headboard on its side on concrete instead setting it on its feet which damaged the finish. They offered to rub wood stain on the iron to try to cover it up but I declined.

Description of Work: They delivered three large bookcases to our house, and placed them exactly where we wanted them. They maneuvered the bookcases around some tight corners. I thought that what I was asking them to do might not be possible, or might be possible only with damage to the bookcases or to our walls. But they somehow did the job without damage. Mr. Gray and his son are good people who do a good job at a reasonable price. They have my highest recommendation.

 + 0 moreMr. Gray and his staff are very professional. We have used the on several occasions for various property moves. His staff always arrives early, takes inventory efficiently, shrink wraps and packs all breakable items. They work non-stop and don't stop for lunch or breaks. We also have contents from two households in storage. Items are well kept and readily available if we are looking for something. Nothing damaged. Fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend this company for moving and/or storage.
Description of Work: Moved contents of condo for sale to storage facility. We are ahving the condo staged for sale. Contents moved included furniture, clothing, computers, books, kitchen, appliances, antiques, personal items.

 + -1 moreThey are affordable, trustworthy, professional and fast. They were able to get even the most difficult items - a huge sofa sleeper - in and out without and problems. I am now storing furniture with them. I won't use anyone else for my moving or storage needs.
Description of Work: Gray's Moving and Storage moved me up to Oak Park, IL in August of 2006 and back to St. Louis in June of 2007. They moved me into and then out of a walk - up third floor apartment.

On a smaller scale, we can move a sofa downstairs or a desk into another office down the hall. Internal residential and commercial moves are accepted. Packing services are also provided (even if we don't move you).
