 + -1 moreWhen I get the glass home, and notice it needs a little off in one place or another, (my measuring is sometimes off) I just take it back and usually there is no charge to tweek it a little. They do everything they can to make it a pleasant experience
Description of Work: When it comes to glass Wanda is the Queen. I have had everything from glass tops for furniture to glass for specialty lighting. She knows retro and modern and if she can't do it, she will tell you who will. Honest and nice.

 + -1 moreAfter having problem with another glass installer, we phoned Gravois and their rep arrived within the next 2 hours. He removed the existing pane, measured the new and installed the new glass onto the door. Type of glass was laminated, 1/4and quot; thick and the installation was done most professionally and without any mess or clean up required. Touch up, if any, would only be for the nail holes securing the framing. We would not hesitate to phone this company again with any glass/window problems.
Description of Work: Replacement of entry door glass approx 24 x 48" x 1/4" laminated glass.
