Grand Home Solutions was very professional and timely. From the start to the beginning of the project, I felt like I was in good hands with Grand Home Solutions. Their team always has creative ideas with what to do, and I am so pleased with how the house turned out. Scott helped me picking out back splashes and wall color, every last detail. The employees were all very professional and friendly as well. This was a huge project and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

When attempting a project of this size planning is essential. Grand Home Solutions, Inc. was involved from the point of purchase all the way through the final inspections. They provided detailed drawings and estimates along with design recommendations from their real world experience. The time line for the project was tight with no room for error and was completed on time and within budget. The workers were always on time, professional, all around easy to work with. Grand's management team made dealing with the plumber, electrician, and other sub contractors nearly painless. Their design team took a challenging project and made it seam almost easy. They helped with historic material choices and have extensive knowledge of building requirements in historic districts. Thanks to their in house drafts person I did not have to hire an expensive architect. The design team listened to my wants while making budget and style suggestions to fit my project. I can not recommend Grand Home Solution highly enough.

We went under contract on a house we wanted to purchase and our realtor alerted us to the 203K loan process. This required quick action to attain estimates for proposed updates. We engaged with multiple contractors to get a well-rounded perspective of costs and process. Our list of desired updates was lengthy, but our budget was fairly limited. It was an easy decision to work with Grand Home Solutions to pursue this loan option and complete the work. Grand Home Solutions worked quickly and was incredibly responsive with correspondance and in meeting with us and discuss at length our short- and long-term plans. Within those multiple conversations and meetings, they were able to provide a great vision within a realistic budget necessary to apply for our renovation loan. They were undaunted by the additional administrative steps that would be required to work with a HUD rep throughout the renovation process. Even though this project was smaller than their typical engagement, we received first class treatment and responses. Their insight and vision was extremely helpful in our conversations. Grand Home Solutions provided all the necessary paperwork to apply for our loan, however, we weren't able to go that route. In the end, we're moving into the home in its current state and plan to work with Grand Home Solutions in the near future to execute the work we intend to do.

The work looks great. We are very happy with them. I spent $15000 on that work. They did a custom job. It was very affordable and the workmanship was really good. A lot of people commented on how good it looks. He was willing to work with me on getting the permits and draw out the plans.

It has been a great experience so far. They are great! They have been pretty punctual.

I called Grand Home Solutions and within a day or two, they were at the house. The plumbing problem was fixed within an hour or so and the water line was installed the same day as well. I enjoyed working with Ed, the individual they sent to do the work. He's very personable and cares as much about you as the problem you have at your house.

The basement project was very successful. I was trying to fit the project within my budget and, in order to make that happen, Scott was great about letting me do some of the painting on my time. The electrical outlets were installed on a stone foundation (That's tough work!), but they took the time to make it look very professional. Scott recommended can lights for the basement as well as dimmers. I would have never thought to suggest either, but it finishes the place very well. Scott also recommended fitting a new faucet on the slop sink that makes it a lot easier to use. The faucet he installed has a hose, and I am able to pull the faucet to where I need it. After having this, I would say it is a must-have for a slop sink. The small things like this made me like working with Scott. In addition, his crew is great. When I hired the company back for some general handyman work, one of his employees filled my dog's water bowl before he left. Now that's service!

AWESOME! Everyone who looks at our house always compliments us on the tile job. This was not a small project. We started off wanting to use the standard 12"x12" travertine tiles but Scott suggested we get creative and cut each tile in half thus creating a more modern pattern (that goes with our very modern house). Poor guy made a huge headache for himself by having to cut every single one of these tiles by hand but hey, we're happy!!
